10 star service

100 percent great service can not thank this guy enough the reassurance of getting the marker removed was what I needed to hear after being let down by another business saying they would get it removed took my money and ran , but not advicifas I was talked through what would happen how it would be done and kept in regular contact on where we were at and as promised this week the marker has been overturned and removed with immediate effect , I can not say thank you enough for helping me get through this all because I was scammed online and a marker put against my name when I was actually a victim

Thank you very much for your response. Couldn’t figure out how to respond to your response so I’ve had to make it as a different review. I would like to highlight a couple of things. There are no misunderstandings in this, the facts are as I have written in the previous post. Forwarded the payment and all the details as requested. And even if the process couldn’t be done in those 8 weeks, I would have understood it if anyone had said something because I also understand that it may be busy due to the many cases that the team may be dealing with, or perhaps, the institution has taken different steps towards my case or anything. I understand inconveniences happen. But why is it that when I ask for an update, I get ignored. You mentioned in your response to my uploaded review of booking a call due to a change in process. When did you state that “You need to book a call because there has been a change in process”? After months of no communication from your side, my calls and messages get ignored and then I receive a random link with no explanation and I’m supposed to magically know the reason that’s been sent to me. I also want to make it clear that my preferred method of communication is just WhatsApp alone which you’ve been aware of all this time. And in addition to all of this, time for the cifas marker expiry is fast approaching as well. And asking me to take this down doesn’t solve anything for me as a client, almost coming across as an attempt to silence me sharing my experience. And now I’m being threatened that my service may get terminated with no refund, labelling it as “lack of cooperation.” So all this time you didn’t send a message about lack of cooperation since you say I haven’t booked a call until now that I posted a review about my experience. And just a couple of minutes ago, I have received an email saying “Notice of breach of terms and conditions.” Surprising how all of a sudden you can reach out to your client. For me this begs the question of how are all of these people putting up 5 star rating reviews if they get ignored for months and months? Do they like being ignored for months and months? Are their cases actually getting solved? Are they even real? Who knows. I am just here to share how my experience has been with Advicifas.

Thank you for your further comments. We acknowledge that you have chosen to expand on your experience, and we would like to clarify a number of points to ensure the record remains accurate.

Firstly, we do not dispute that payment was made and that initial information was provided. However, progressing a CIFAS related case is a multi stage process, and completion is dependent not only on timeframes, but also on required procedural steps being completed when requested.

With regard to communication, the request to book a call was issued following a change in process that was published on our website in August 2025 and subsequently communicated to affected clients. The purpose of this call was to enable the next stage of your case to proceed. While you may feel this was unclear at the time, this requirement was formally clarified to you on 02 January 2026. From that point onward, the requirement to book the call was explicit.

The link provided to book the call was not sent at random. It was sent as part of this process change, and booking the call was necessary for us to proceed. Requests for updates, without completion of this step, unfortunately could not move the case forward.

In relation to communication preferences, our records show that contact was attempted via WhatsApp and the Client Portal, both of which were recorded as accepted communication channels for your case. At no point was communication intentionally withheld. Periods without updates reflected the fact that the required procedural step had not been completed.

Regarding your comments about reviews, we categorically reject any suggestion that clients are ignored or that reviews are fabricated. Each case is handled individually, and outcomes depend on cooperation, responsiveness, and third party institutions. Many clients complete required steps promptly, which allows their cases to progress without delay.

It is also important to clarify that the notice of breach was not issued in response to you leaving a review. It was issued because, following clarification, the required action remained outstanding. Our Terms and Conditions require cooperation from clients, and where this does not occur after reasonable attempts to resolve the matter, a formal notice is the appropriate and standard course of action.

We remain willing to proceed with your case. This remains subject to the required call being booked so that the process can continue.

Advicifas IS A REAL COMPANY !

Advicifas has been great to work with. Their service was extremely good — super responsive, professional, and they really know their stuff. The platform is easy to use and catches issues fast without tons of false alerts. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable fraud prevention support!
I was VERY reluctant at first as there was little to none information about CIFAS MARKERS , as I’ve seen many platforms promise strong fraud prevention but fail to deliver. However, working with Advicifas completely changed my perspective.
Most importantly, Advicifas is not fake, despite some of the “Fake trust pilot reviews” They are a legitimate, trustworthy company that delivers exactly what they advertise. The service has exceeded my expectations in both performance and reliability. It did take over a month with my complex case however they smashed it !!!!!!!! - I have recommended all their services to friends and family.

Cifas removed

Thanks to Drue and his team, I’ve managed to get my cifas marker removed thanks to them. Now I’m financially free again and finally able to get the car I’ve been rejected credit for.

I wouldn't recommend, unfortunately.
They're rather dodgy with their delivery timelines and customer service is atrocious. For something as important as this, clear and regular communication to clients is vital. You'd also expect aggressive efforts on your behalf rather than desultory messages to the bank followed by silence. A shame, really.

TOOK MY MONEY AND GHOSTED ME

RESPONSE TO ADVICIFAS - 13.02.2025
I stand on everything I have said regarding my experience as the truth. Till today, nothing has been shared with me or the public on the ADVICIFAS website showing that the bank in question interacted with ADVICIFAS which would prove that work was done on my behalf.

ADVICIFAS published a file on their website that suggested I had been provided updates multiple times. I have all the records (SMS, Email, Phone Call Logs and WhatsApp) to prove this is a false claim, and I will use it to prove my case.

ADVICIFAS has failed to explain how a promised 2-3 week delivery timeline has stretched to 7 months with no positive outcome, considering that they have said they have extensive experience in this CIFAS removal field.

UPDATE TO ADVICIFAS RESPONSE;
1. Explain how a 2-3 week timeline promised by you has extended to 6 months with zero tangible updates provided to me nor progress recorded?
2. I challenge you to publicly provide evidence with time stamps that you contacted the bank and have been working on my case. I also challenge you to provide proof that you provided updates on the case to me. I waive any confidentiality rights that I have.

I paid for an express CIFAS removal in September 2024. I was informed multiple times that it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. 6 months after, the service has not been provided. I requested for updates multiple times using their website form, SMS, WhatsApp and phone calls but was completely ignored. As soon as they got my money, they ghosted me.

Last week I had to contact the bank that placed the marker myself and received a final response letter 5 days after. The letter showed clearly that they had not been contacted regarding my case before I wrote to them, showing ADVICIFAS took my money and didn't do anything.

My experience with this company has been terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

1. Service & Timeline – You engaged our services with a full understanding of the process and estimated timeframe. While we strive to meet projected timelines, CIFAS removals involve external factors, including bank response times, which are beyond our direct control. The suggestion that no work was done on your case is false and misleading.

2. Communication – At no point were you “ghosted.” We make every effort to provide updates within reasonable timeframes. However, repeated follow-ups do not always accelerate the external processes involved in CIFAS disputes.

3. Bank Contact – Our process follows structured legal and procedural steps when challenging CIFAS markers. The fact that you received a response from your bank within five days does not mean that no action was taken on our part. It simply means your direct approach yielded a different response time, which is not uncommon.

4. False Accusations – The claim that we “took money and did nothing” is completely untrue. Work was undertaken as part of the service you paid for. Making such accusations without evidence is misleading and defamatory.

I’m not entirely sure where to start when I found out I had a Cifas I thought it was something I would just have to live with until it ran out but after speaking with the guys at AdviCifas and them reassuring me that it can be removed I have a renewed hope and they delivered the whole way I can finally live marker free

Going into this with ADVICIFAS

Going into this with ADVICIFAS, I was really unsure whether to trust it or not. However, after being issues a CIFAS marker I was desperate and needed to do something so I just went for it. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Not only did they guide me the whole process and made sure my responses where perfect, they also actually got the Cifas marker removed from my name. I was struggling with depression and financially in a bad way because of this and ADVICIFAS have sorted that out for me. Thank you guys.
