Not a good place to take the kids that's if you love your kids

This is actual child abuse.The parents present should have their kids removed by social services.Discuting.

I arrived at adventure Island to have a nice family day out. I was shocked and horrified to discover drag queens parading around on stage half dressed and participating in lewd behaviour. I'm utterly disgusted. This place is basically a den of iniquity and entirely inappropriate for kids. Whoever approved this form of adult entertainment is clearly perverted and a danger to children, it should be shut down.

Absolutely disgusting debauchery on show run by pedophiles who use penis shaped tools to depict sex acts in front of YOUR children.
Frankly, the police need to investigate this filth.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

Sick and twisted drag show put me off this place for life.

That is wrong on every level. The level of booking cancellations you will see from families with young children who fully understand where this is coming from will sink your company.

What is going on in the minds of your company to hire a bloke in what kind of outfit? With a metal crutch piece using a angle grinder on it for family entertainment?? IN Who's world does anyone think this is ok? Who ever hire this booking needs sacking. I'm lost for words, this is all around the internet and Adventure island have a lot of explaining to do.

DONT GO Was looking at going but what I saw was abhorrent no way me, my family or anyone else should have to have seen THAT!

They have grown men dressed in drag acting out sexual acts on stage in front of children. Clearly they support child grooming and the sexualisation of our children. Absolutely vile. Please Boycott.

DISGUSTING.. I am utterly flabbergasted and so angry at what i have seen at 'Sexually Explicit' Island you should come with R rating because what happened on stage is certainly not for CHILDREN.
A drag dressed in next to nothing stimulating mastubating himself whilst using a grinder to grind his private bits on his metal knickers whilst children in the crowd watched. Completly sick how did you think that was going to go down?
I looked into this drag act and what can i say other than dark and santanic.

This is the owners statment after the outrage..
Philip Miller MBE, the executive chairman and owner of Stockvale Group of Companies, which includes Adventure Island, said: "We humbly apologise to all of our loyal customers for any offence caused.

"There was confusion between us and the act as to what we would allow or not, as it were.

"The grinding act was most definitely a non-starter as we are ostensibly a family park and that is just not family entertainment."

He added: "Rest assured we will not be re-booking this act or participate in any future Pride celebrations.

"It's just not for us. We tried to be inclusive, but it has backfired on us"

Openly admits it backfired on us well no S**t it did this is only them thinking about their pockets.

However two days ago they had a very different view -
Last night Adventure Island welcomed Crystal from Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK, Lady Noelia, Aubrey Wodonga and Barbs for an incredible performance to close our 2023 PRIDE 🏳️‍🌈🪩

Huge thank you to these incredible queens for coming to see us for the third year in a row! 🥰

These owners care nothing about their customers wellbeing all they care about is jumping on the woke bridge because they get funding but when will you and all these other companies realise dont mess with our children because we wont stand for it.

On the 15th of July around that weekend, I was shocked to see what can only be described as a sex show which was supposed to be for families. I will never come back to Adventure Island and I would suggest others stay away from this place as they seem to constantly promote filthy drag acts.

I visited on 15th July with my grandchildren and was appalled by 2 things
The complete arrogance and rudeness of the staff, young kids mostly with entitled narcisstic tendencies and zero people skills, then nearly fell over backwards when I saw what I can only describe as a sex act being performed in front of children, a grown man, dressed in inappropriate sexualised clothing rubbing his hands up and down an angle grinder whilst holding it in his genital area
Absolutely disgusting for children to witness this
Shame on you for signing this act off as appropriate
I urge everyone who cares about their children to avoid this park of pedophiles

They promote the sexualisation of children by pushing pride and hiring drag queens with penis shaped angle grinders to perform sex acts in front of them. Absolutely disgusting place. Do not take your kids here

Read the disability policy for people who find it difficult to queue. I think their attitude towards this is appalling and very transparent that they are discriminating. Happy to have never visited and never will.
