Joseph did a great job at repairing our old rusty dinosaur of a printer. He turned it around quickly and it is working perfectly. The rest of the staff including Jessica were very helpful and got me all the new updated software I needed at a good price too. It was a pleasure working with them.

We always get our product in a very timely manner.

Our Service Rep Lawrence Grafstein is the BEST! He has gone above and beyond to assist us through some difficult transitional periods. He is prompt to respond and is always courteous and professional! Product is delivered within the time frame expected and is high quality.

ALEX WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL IN GETTING ME OUT OF A PINCH, EVEN AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER!

When my Card Studio 1.1 software application quit working (it started asking for an activation code), I contacted my AdvantIDge customer service representative and asked for assistance. They worked with me and Zebra – the Card Studio vendor and Z3 Card Printer manufacturer to get a quick resolution to the problem. It turned out that the Software License Service (a third party application) had been disabled. The recommendation was to install the updated version 1.25 of the app and reset the license service to automatic in the Computer >>> Manage >>> Services settings. A quick restart of the Windows 7 workstation and I was back to normal ID card printing.

We have been purchasing badging supplies from Advantidge for 5+ years and it has always been a great experience. The quick turn-around time for color and clear films is especially appreciated when we've run out and needed more quickly. Lawrence and his team are rock stars!
