My order was damaged on 6/9/2024 in transit, it is still in some warehouse and I never got any update regarding it. I emailed customer support about it and I haven't gotten any response.

Customer service also had reached out to you regarding this order. We never heard back, but shipped you out a new order nonetheless. I see you have a Gmail account. Great Company! I received my shipment damaged in transit, I emailed them to let them know and they quickly resolved the situation by resending me a new shipment! I was very pleased with their customer service! And I love their products!
