Kieran was most patient, clearly understood the issue and talked me through how to fix it as it involved a printer which was not recognising an IP address. Very helpful and informative. Thank you.

My issue was solved within minutes. I was called back immediately to let me know that all was OK
AIT were employed by our Landlord Bassetlaw Council just over a year ago to manage the IT services, including internet and phones at the Retford Enterprise Centre. The customer service has been appalling. On top of that our phones often do not work. When our line is called some callers get a message saying the number is no longer in service. They have tried to blame the 3 network however we have had businesses on landlines unable to contact us as well.
I can not recommend this company, in fact actively avoid!

I was looking into hosting for my business and came across Advanced IT Services. When I called, I was thrilled to find out they had data centres in the UK with 24/7 support 365 days of the year!! After speaking with the team, I was able to work out a tailored package perfect for my business, getting the most out of my budget! I can't recommend them enough!
We approached AIT as our current IT support contract was up for renewal. From the very first conversation I had with their onboarding team it was apparent that they had great knowledge of the inner workings of schools. I spoke with Jamie and he tailored the support package to best suit our needs, and we are not very IT savvy so it was good to have everything conveyed in layman’s terms. Nothing was too much trouble and before long we were fully transferred over! The technicians who provide the on-site support once a week are always friendly and go above and beyond, often staying past normal school hours to make sure my teachers and support staff are all up and running. I also like how I only have to ring one number for all of our IT services. They manage our internet, phones, CCTV and most things with a plug on as one of their technicians once said to me! Unlike with our previous service I feel reassured that I can come into school and everything will just work for us. We have some exciting plans for the future including a full iPad and Wi-Fi refresh (also provided by AIT) which will help us provide an even better experience for our pupils. If you are on the fence about switching providers I would tell people not to hesitate.
When our business suffered a virus attack, we did not have the know how to move forward; we called these guys. They quickly came out and assessed the situation before restoring our services to ensure our business was operational. We were so impressed we have since taken out a support contract and go to these for all our IT needs. Top guys with expert knowledge!!
Advanced IT Services provide our Repair garage with superfast broadband and phones. We can't recommend them highly enough - whenever there is a system outage we are notified as soon as possible. We are then kept up to date throughout the fault until it has been rectified. A* service from the guys at AIT and we look forward to many more years of fantastic service ahead.
