REALLY EXPENSIVE WITH HIDDEN CHARGES
If you have a follow up appointment on something existing and they do nothing but tell you it looks good, you ARE GETTING CHARGED FOR IT!! Also, they charge one thing, then the doctor will recode the way they want, so they get paid more. Make sure you shop around! These guys are expensive and I wasn't that impressed with the care either.

I am a repeat customer of which I paid my bill A year ago for the first visit
I rescheduled my yearly check up through their emails and confirmed my appointment and submitted my insurance information
I got there on my scheduled date a little early And handed the receptionist my ID and insurance card and she looked at it and said to me “ oh Florida blue we don’t take that and since you have that she won’t even take cash payment from you”
So I left feeling so rejected and literally felt ill from the cruel treatment I had just experienced
The thought of that day still Bothers me and gives me a horrible feelings
Each doctor chooses which insurance plans to accept. Not a group thing.
They apparently do not have the No Surprise Billing act applying to them. Doctors and PA's from the same office can choose to or not choose specific insurance plans. We went to one on our plan and could not get back to see her so saw the PA who apparently was not in the plan. Why ever ask for insurance in advance if you plan to never see if it applies. How about a disclaimer that their individual doctors have different insurance plans. So now we have a huge bill that is normally $20.

I have called 3x to book an appointment with Advanced Dermotology who I've been going to for over 10 years. I really couldn't get a person who I could understand. After 3 calls I gave up. Im sad to have to go somewhere else because their receptionists are low caliber and difficult to hear and understand. So sad. BTW...if you're going to have online booking, make sure it works!!
Horrible customer service. Port Orange FL office…
I went to their Port Orange FL office many times in the past with good service but now it’s unbelievably horrible.
It took 42 minutes to schedule an appointment. Keep getting transferred to different people that either can’t or won’t schedule the appointment. They don’t speak English well enough to understand anything. Earliest appoint at 2 different locations is 3 months out.
I get 3-4 phone calls per day and when I answer it goes to a recording that never ends or gets you to a live person. Also getting 2 texts every day and they all have different numbers to call.
Don’t waste your time here.

I have no complaints about the service or the employees. My complaint is that when you have to cancel an appointment they won’t give you one close to your canceled appointment it is always 3 or 4 months later. I really don’t understand there thoughts in this. I think that it is BS

If I could leave a zero I would they tripled book appointments rush you through the front desk staff is extremely rude the doctor did not even dead in my lip when he put a needle in it about jumped off the chair then I called multiple times to make payments on my account and all they do is answer the phone and say Advanced Dermatology hope please and click you on hold indefinitely. I'm not waiting an eternity to give you money they should have enough staff that they could directly connect you to a person where you could make a payment instead of rudely slapping you on hold whether you have time to hold or not the absolute worst Dermatology experience I have ever had.

I had an AWESOME experience. My first time ever in a dermatology office. Thank you to the AMAZING Dr M. Miller and the staff. I am thoroughly pleased with my care and treatment, physically, mentally and emotionally. Kudos🫶⭐️.

Went to my appt. Needed 2 rx. Pharmacy informed only one was called in. I reached out to the office. Was told they needed my labs then the rx would be released. Sent labs Wednesday evening. Thurs contacted office and was told all is good and rx should be at pharmacy. Nothing. Friday morning called again and was told give them 2 hours and I should have my rx. Come 4 pm still nothing. Called again and was told she will get with dr and I should have it Monday. I leave for vacation Monday. So basically I have to wait 2 weeks for my rx. This is unacceptable
Advanced dermatology in ohio.
I see/seen Jason Keener at Beavercreek location. I really do feel more time is needed to address issues, as I forgot a few. Jason is excellent at multi tasking. He's very kind and respectful. Please allow him more time with his patients. I would recommend Jason to anyone. God bless

The doctors there are great,
BUT he lady at the front office is not cooperative, I was so surprised by the way she deals with us, she just hung up the phone with out a word when I asked her to try finding me a sooner appointment to make up for the appointment that they couldn’t fulfill and rescheduled 3 times in a row, delaying my son’s appointment for around 3 months, that wasn’t expected in such a respectful place.
They also gave me hard time sending the prescription to the right pharmacy, they did it after so many calls.

I have been blessed to be under the care of Dr. Lance Henry,MD twice now. He did an outstanding job of removing a carcinoma on my lower right eyelid several years ago and today he and his assistant nurses Cheyenne,RN and Larissa,CST removed another carcinoma from the top of my nose. The medical team at Advanced Dermatology are not only highly skilled but listen to your questions and concerns. They are kind and courteous and immediately put you at ease. I can not praise Dr. Henry enough and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs work done in this field.

My 1st attempt to see a dermatologist was in August 2021. I arrived 15 minutes early and was informed I had no appointment, even though I had a confirmation e-mail from them. 2nd attempt was in Oct. 2021 and it took 20 minutes through their call center to make an app., but finally got one.
My skin condition is caused by Pharmaceutical poisoining and I have a severe rash over my entire body. I was seen by a PA, in leiu of a Dr. He ordered blood work to be done and told me he would call me to follow-up and set an appointment. Blood work came back but I never heard from the PA, or the office, or anybody. I finally called their office and was told I could schedule an appointment with this PA and the soonest would be January 2022. Completely unacceptable. You are not a patient. You are there for their convenience; you are only a dollar sign.

So, the office manager, Michelle called and left me a message because of my bad review. She says that my prescription is at the pharmacy. She is wrong. I double-checked to make sure, there is no prescription for me at my pharmacy from this office. I had called my GP asking for the prescription and got it that same day I called. Just awful, that's all I have to say and going to a new derm.

Advanced Dermatology in Olive Branch, MS sucks!!!! The lady that answers the phone is rude and the damn voicemail for the provider is always full. I been waiting on a damn prescription that was prescribed a damn week ago and haven’t received it yet. I wish I had read the reviews about this place before hand.

The secretaries were very sweet. However maybe it’s just the doctor I saw... the doctor seemed to be in a rush, she didn’t care to see photos of my acne from a week prior, prescribed me medication within 2 minutes and didn’t tell me what it was or the medication was, how to use it or no personal instructions. It seemed like she didn’t care about my skin. She mentioned to try over the counter acne wash that I already told her it didn’t work. I made a follow up apt with a different doctor at the office. Ugh :(
Poorly managed office!
Oct. 28, 2020.
I just spent 1 hr 20 mins before I finally left Dr Patel’s office without being called into the examining room. After I had been there an hour and 15 minutes I was informed that I was just now being checked in because they had a new computer system. After waiting additionally I asked when I might be seeing the doctor. I was told that they had no idea even though I’d already been there an hour and 20 minutes. There is no excuse for this!
The office was filled with waiting patients.

THEY canceled my daughter’s appointment due to needed to close the office the day of the appointment, this was after waiting months to be seen, when called to reschedule, scheduling into the new year (its currently October)
