Had it not been for Joe the owner’s interceding, my experience here would have been a total hose job. All I’ll say here is thanks for a good, customer service oriented owner! If anyone’s experience was anywhere close to mine as a customer making a purchase, the satisfaction rate would be next to nil. Perhaps the customer service will be much better if his staff and asst mgrs will heed the direction of their obviously more experienced owner, Joe.

Honestly, at the location that I went to on Monroe street, during my last visit, the lady was quite rude and seemed pretty apathetic. Her attitude wasn't pleasant, she seemed as if she was annoyed that I was there as it was close to closing time and no one else was there. She didn't even read off the prompter that explains the percentage rates and what I owe back. She merely stated, scroll down and hit initial, signature and submit." Also, when I got ready to leave, I stated " thank you" and she responded " uhh hmm" very abruptly and rudely. I will say that I've never experienced this attitude or lack of professionalism during any of my other visits with other staff at this location.

I have always had positive experience always being treated with the utmost respect by every staff member which I have come in contact. I highly recommend your services to anyone who finds themselves in need. Thank you for your ongoing help, and superior customer service.
