Money was deposited same day…loan was spread out over 2 months repaying biweekly…relieved a lot of stress and I’m so grateful!

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. I've texted & called but keep getting told they're busy. I've tried for 2 days to get ahold of someone. I called this morning & got told 2min eta but have been waiting for 40mins... still no one yet, has me wondering if anyone works here?
The website doesn't show me where I can make a payment either so it's just ridiculous.
