My cashier; the manager was so helpful and accommodating and worked with me to make sure I got through to my next paycheck. I can tell that in general she is an amazing human and can empathize. I can tell she manages that place well and is so funny.

This has been the worst experience ever! The staff kept telling me they could do my title loan once it was in my name. I spent $712.00 at DMV to transfer the car into my name, then they to,d mess soon as it shows on the DMV site they use they could process the title loan! Today I verified with DMV it was in my name! I called the store and they verified it was in my name and to come in on my lunch hour to do the title loa. When I got there at 2:00 the rules changed and I needed the title document to do the loan. This has been the worst experience of being led down a path of descriptive sales. I will tell everyone I know your organization if staffed with liars. Your organization is the worst!
