It was a lot of confusion on the Internet site. It wouldn't let me complete the application. But the salesperson was very helpful and made a smooth transition for me!

Well where do I start I've been trying to get alone with him for more than 6 years
And I got an email or advertisement I don't remember which said that I should apply so like always I applied and and while it was doing the decision I kept saying to myself decline decline decline decline like it had been all the times before at least three or four times a year I applied and at least three or four times a year they denied then I got approval I was absolutely shocked I don't know what kind of credit scoring system they had but when I initially applied for my loans way back when I had a 600 credit score more or less and I don't know if they use TransUnion Equifax Experian or if they use another service but this time they happen to approve me pending verification well I submitted the documentation if they wanted and about 5 hours later I got approved and money was in my bank was it the amount that I really wanted no was it significantly lower yes so the way I look at it is either they got tired of me asking them or well let's just leave it at that because me being a human I'll do something for someone if they ask and I'm tired of hearing them ask so I'm assuming that they got tired of me asking and decided to give me a chance is that what happened I don't know but I'm going to think that way so with persistence you can be approved and once again I don't know their credit scoring system but I will tell you that my credit score right now if they use Experian Equifax and transunion is lower than 600 and they did approve me so I appreciate it and you know it reminds me of another company I'm just going to say FMC and it has to do with vehicles they gave me a chance when no one else would and I could go back to them right now even though my credit is really bad and get approved for another vehicle so we will see how this installment loan goes that I got approved for and I will give everybody an update

Very friendly and helpful people

I had to miss a payment and made arrangements, which worked out perfectly but I was getting scam texts and when I called the customer service they assured me all was well and I was being scammed. She was so nice and soothing.

The application was easy to follow. The final thing was how they helped me out when I forgot to change my account number. For my deposit.

Kaylee works very hard to make her customers happy. And she does so with a smile.
