Della was amazing as always and went out of her way to help me with my loan and even helped me set up my on line account she is an asset to the company and should be looked at as such thank you Della and thank you Advance America for having the good sense to hire good people like her

Everyone there in the Kokomo
Everyone there in the Kokomo, in office on Hoffer st, are extremely helpful and will go above the call of duty the help u, I was having a problem getting my bank statement this time due to my phone wouldn't let me download it. Worker solved the problem with my phone and we were able to proceed, above the call of duty!!!!

Great experience
Della was great. She helped me get the loan I needed and was able to multi-task with the other customers coming into the store and the phone calls that kept coming in while still showing me great customer service. Thanks Della :)

I had an unexpected expense arise late in the day on a Friday, & these 2 ladies went out of their way to solve my dilemma. I left there with exactly what I needed.
They were patient, kind & courteous, going above & beyond for me! I can't say enough good things about them!
