Wonderful company
This is a WONDERFUL company and I especially love the staff at the Gaffney, SC office. I receive the best service when I get there. Everyone greets me when I arrive and that makes me feel like family. It is an easy process and I appreciate the availability of their services.

The process took forever
The process took forever. The clerk stopped in the middle of my application and took a phone payment. While taking it, she called out the full name and last 4 numbers of the persons SSN. There were at least 5 people waiting in lines be who heard it. I had to keep giving the same information over and over. It was very frustrating!
