Good experience
I went in on a Saturday I had not been there in over a year so I knew it was going to take longer than normal Maria was my cashier she was very professional explained everything that was new to me the last time i was there they were still using paper now it was all paper less which was good. received my loan and i was out the door Thank you Maria. Sara is the manager she is always very friendly and professional.

They didn't say hi
They didn't say hi, instead " can I help you" . The entire transaction was very quiet and unfriendly. She just kind of took my paperwork made copies and handed me my money. No customer service skills.. "hello, how's your day going" "oh I see you sent in your application online that makes things quicker" "please, thank you" "have a good day"
I left and said "have a good day"... not much of a personality
