My on line borrowing process is pretty much customer friendly. My pay date has been corrected at least twice. So double check loan repay dates to correspond.

I have been a loyal customer
I have been a loyal customer. I finally earned the payment plan and paid that as well. I then take another loan and am not offered the payment plan. Now i am forced to repay the entire amount and no further ahead. I am totally disappointed and will no longer be using your services. Darlene C

Your service is a life saver
Your service is a life saver! Regardless of what branch I go to, your representatives are polite, friendly, helpful, caring and compassionate. The changes you've made over the last year with now having electronic signatures and being able to transfer money back and forth with a debit card has streamlined a previously time consuming process. It's soooo much better! And securing a loan on your website is a wonderful alternative if you can't make it into a branch! Only takes minutes and again, total life saver! If I could make any suggestions at all, it would be to develop a mobile app, with fingerprint login. Otherwise, your company is outstanding!

Very reliable
Very reliable, and think it's a great way to get cash when you really need to help you out when you need it for the rest of the month. Also, the people are very nice and friendly there and that does make a diffrrence! I would recommend this place to others! 😊
