Great customer service
Kayla helped me thru the process of applying to get the loan and was very prompt and kind. Although she was busy she still was able to make my process quick and I got my loan. She is a example of great service and I would refer this company to my family or friends. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions and never got frustrated one bit. I'm in the customer service field and it feels great to be treated right. Great job Kayla and thank you again. If you want fast, friendly service where they greet you with a smile while applying for a loan stop in Advance America.
