Melissa made the process easy and comfortable. I went on Saturday June 3rd to the office on Lorain Rd. Asking for a loan is never easy, but with Melissa the process was easy. I received Cash but she did advise me that is not always possible. An enjoyable experience.

Lady beyond rude and didn’t mention I’d receive a check instead of cash
Lady didn’t mention BEFORE I gave her my information that the money I’d receive would be issued by check. Not to mention she was beyond rude. She talked to me like I was scum for having to take a loan. If I’m scum then what does that make her since she is employed at the loan shark company?

Great and helpful people!
They were having system problems on their computer, but they handled it very effectively! All my information and gave me a call when the computers were back up and running and made it a very seamless process

The two women who operate that location are always friendly and helpful. I was approved with no problem. I paid one loan off and took another one. The office is always clean and decorated in a holiday theme. Great place greater employees! W.140th Lorain avenue Cleveland, Ohio
