They haress you to death!
The process of getting the loan was normal. But when it's time to pay back the loan they harass you to death. They call you three days before your loan is due, then call two or three times and text the day it's due!
I know that alot of people have intentions to not pay them back but I try to call to let them know when I'm coming and keep communication open and I'm still haressed. I think that the csr 's are being instructed to do reminder calls which I'm ok with but when u call and text me excessively and I'm never late it's annoying. I had some unexpected things come up that I needed to take care of so I'm grateful for Advance America for
providing the loan but once I pay it off I have no intent of going back or recommending anyone to them!
