Hi Emma, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I'm disappointed to learn you were unhappy with the service so I had a look at your order history and I can see your order was placed on a Saturday and was packed & dispatched on Monday by 1pm, with the parcel marked as delivered on Wednesday via standard parcel post.
We would love to get some more information on how we can improve on this service further, please feel free to email us at admin@adulttoystore.com.au with your feedback.
