Descriptions about products are very detailed.

I purchased a product a while ago and had to return the product due to misordering, there was back and forth communications with the online support team who were overall fantastic. At first they said no, because the plastic seal was ripped, even though it came in that condition and the box wasn’t even taped. I questioned whether the items were coming from a warehouse or shop floor, as it had appeared to have been manhandled. I then ordered directly off the original toy manufacturer and everything was fully sealed and brand new, so I saw that comparison.
I then used the store credit from my refund on two other toys and have just received them. Neither products had tapes or seals and the Pumped product flung open before I even pulled it out of the shipping box. The product then has two visual scratches/damage to one of the cups, then both were covered in dust and finger prints. Not what you want for intimate toys!! I’ve purchased many toys both instore and online, and I have never experienced this, it’s so unhygienic!!
Shipping is quick but I’d rather wait the longer delivery time in future by going somewhere more reputable.

The store was easy to navigate, i liked how accessible the reviews were and that they packaged it discreetly. I also greatly appreciate that it requires a signature on delivery. I wasn't home and it gave peace of mind that it wouldn't be stolen.

Functions well. Does its purpose. A great aid for fly in fly out rosters lol. Great help whenever you need.
