ADS have been brilliant, from the initial visit, through the detailed assessment, to fitting and after sales service.
All the staff have been very personable and the fitters cleared up in an exceptional manner with dust sheets a plenty, you will have no worries about you home.

Have used ADS Ivybridge a few times in the past, had blown sealed units replaced, hinges repaired, a complete back door and window.
This time we had French doors to replace a patio door.
The customer service has always been good as has the workmanship but this time they fitted the doors in a restricted timeline due to us having new flooring due to be laid, the guys worked on a south facing deck on the hottest day ever recorded and then the invoice was personally delivered with maintenance guide, silicone spray and a box of chocolates!!

Had facias, soffits and guttering replaced on the whole bugalow in Anthracite grey which looks really nice. The installation team were first class and worked really hard on the replacement really impressing with their joinery and fitting skills. The guys turned up everyday as stated and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with every part of of the fitting. First class service and would definatelly recommend.

We have only had our new ADS windows and front door for the last couple of weeks so it's early days. Still, we are very happy with the windows - light oak externally and white internally - from their Optima Chamfered System, replacing the previous brown-painted wooden windows. The white internal frames teamed with simple chrome handles make each room appear much lighter and brighter while the light oak external frames blend well with our cream render while looking just like wood.
We found ADS helpful and professional at all times. Their fitters were knowledgeable, speedy and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The external render was made good quickly and neatly by their plasterers while there was only the very minimum of touching up with emulsion for us to do internally. They left each new window clean and ready to use with a minimum of disruption. We would recommend ADS for their attention to detail and feel we received a quality service.

Excellent fitters, very friendly and informative. I had a lovely blue composite door fitted to the rear of the house and they did a beautiful job. Then they sent a man to check all was well and gave me a box of chocolates! How lovely was that!! Will use ADS again and avoid the bigger national companies.

From the first moment we contacted Ads Windows - we could not fault the communication and service. The two guys who did the window today were fantastic and did an outstanding job. Afterwards we received a visit from the project coordinator to see how things went, drop off an after care package and a box of chocolates. Great job Ads!

We’ve just had some work done by ADS and would definitely recommend. We had replacement bi-fold doors and replacement windows which included one being enlarged.

There was no pushy sales which I appreciated and we were communicated with well along the way. There was a slight delay on the manufacturing side, but they kept me in the loop so I knew what to expect.

When it came to fitting we had John and Tim who did an excellent job. They were friendly and respectful of my home, tidying up as they went along. I’m no expert on window fitting, but I’m really happy with the end finish.

We chose to go with black aluminium frames and they look fantastic. Creating the clean lines we were hoping for. The bi-folds have features that our previous ones didn’t and the windows feature easy clean hinges on the main openings, making cleaning outside simple.

This is the second time we’ve used ADS, the first time being for some garage windows and we’d definitely use them again in future.

My garage roof was replaced with polycarbonate panels allowing in an incredible amount of daylight. The fitters were polite yet friendly and worked constantly. The work was completed within the timeslot advised and they removed all the old material leaving my garage floor cleaner than it was before they started. This is the third time I have used ADS and I have always been extremely pleased with the result. I certainly recommend ADS.

What a Great Company ADs are right from ordering my Conservatory Roof and new windows to having it fitted they kept me up todate with everything, The 2 Fitters were polite and very helpful and tidy.

Great service from initial quote to install - install date was a tad longer than expected but had the Christmas & New Year period to deal with. For those of you over 40 The Milk Tray man even makes an appearance, although through the door not the window :-)

Fitters had to return a few times to properly secure sliding door. Always polite and clean.

We decided to go with a new front door, after we’d lost faith in a fitting by a previous company (door no longer fit for purpose). After scouring the Internet we decided to go with ADS after reading the reviews. They didn’t disappoint. From start to finish it’s been seen less. From the initial visit, quote, second visit by the surveyor and the installation earlier this morning. The impact of our new Navy Blue composite door is excellent, and all our friends absolutely love it. We couldn’t be anymore happier with our new door, thank-you.

We recently had six replacement windows fitted by the company. Our experience throughout the process was excellent. From the quotation through the measuring to the final fitting everything was done with courtesy and at the time promised. The fitters carried out their work leaving no mess, no damage to the surroundings and leaving a professional finish. We would have no hesitation in recommending ADS.
