I was disappointed with my experience
I was disappointed with my experience. I’ve always received a 10-day course of antibiotics for this type of issue when seeing a doctor, but here I was only given 5 days. When I asked about extending it, I was told I would need to pay an additional fee just to get another 5 days.
It felt frustrating to have to pay more for what I consider standard care, and it made me wish I had just gone to a traditional doctor’s visit instead. I sent a question and a picture of my last antibiotic and still have not received a response.

RIPPED me off completely. Denied an antibiotic for a UTI by a PA, NOT a physician 😞. I know my body. They are denying women ages 69 and over! Same cookie cutter responses. Many shared experiences on other sites. I've reported them to the BBB and the FTC. I was charged up front. This is a SCAM.

Incomplete information on website
This is not a company with full disclosure. I paid for a consultation, but did not get the consultation. My order was refused because I am over 69 years old. I simply got an email stating I was over 69 years and could not be serviced because it might be a serious condition that needs in-person evaulation. That is not a consultation. I called for a refund and was told to go to the portal. No where on the site is there a place to request an refund. The link to chat session is non-functioning. There is no way to request a refund. No place on the website says individuals over 69 should be seen by an in-person evaluation. I have made screen shots of everything and will be submitting to my cc company disputing a service not rendered.

They don’t offer refunds if they deny treatment.
They will upsell multiple medications just to deny you treatment. They make it very clear they don’t offer refunds. So if you’re ok with the potential of losing money, go for it. Look at Reddit- there are multiple people talking about how they were denied. If I was given a partial refund for the medication I would not be writing this but to upsell and deny treatment and still keep all the payment? Unethical practice and sketchy.

This service was easy to use, and I was prescribed what I needed very quickly. I entered my information and symptoms late in the evening, and early the next morning a doctor got back to me, confirmed the diagnoses, and sent the prescription to my local pharmacy. This process was much easier and quicker than trying to make an appointment with my PCP. I will definitely use this service again.

Finally a company that cares about…
Finally a company that cares about patients! No video chat required, no uploading selfies! Simply medical care that is provided efficiently and professionally. I was prescribed my much needed medication to my local pharmacy within hours and I was able to get the relief and care much faster than I would've gotten going to urgent care in the middle of the night. This is my second time and it was just as great as the first time. THANK YOU ADMIRED! Already recommended to my friends.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could. The whole “express” is a joke. I paid extra for it to be expedited, yet heard nothing back for almost 48 hours only to be told I’m denied, but they sure still took my $80. What a total scam of a company. Listen to the Reddit threads!!!
