Very easy and fast
It was a very fast process from filling out my info and questionnaire, to having the prescription filled. I don't drive, so it was super convenient to take care of this from home for something like a UTI. I was able to start my antibiotics within a few hours. Great service and not much more cost than my copay for urgent care.

They said I had the flue and to go to…
They said I had the flue and to go to the emergency room. I did not get my medicine. I do not have the flue. I sometimes run a low grade fever with a UTI. I am 72 years old and I know what a UTI is. This has been very stressful and downright horrible. I would recommend using you at all.

After payment the patient is left in the dark about everything including approval of treatment plan, arrival of medication and if approved there is little to no communication about when or where you will receive your medication. Furthermore, there is no way to contact the company cause the automated system keeps disconnecting from the client before answering any questions or connecting the client to a live agent.

Do not recommend
Received a prescription for a product I did not ask for. I called them back and a very helpful customer service agent said he will put in a ticket and it should be resolved within 3hrs. Nope, never heard back. So I am out of $49 for a product I don’t want to use and the product I specifically asked for will not be provided. So much for listening to your patients needs and making sure they are happy. (I still have an UTI…)

Extremely efficient.
It was extremely easy to do so and was a lifesaver. As full time RVers we are in a different location almost every week and would have a hard time finding a provider so this worked so well for me. It was so quick and efficient and I will for sure use again if I need too.

Prescription never received by pharmacy…
Prescription never received by pharmacy even though I have a confirmation from 17hours ago that it was. The pharmacy has no record of the script. Called in to find out where my prescription was, stated they would thoroughly look into it and hung up. Why am I feeling like it’s a scam.

So convenient and affordable. Even if you have insurance, you have a long wait for an appointment. My copay for urgent care is $100 and long wait in the waiting room. I did Admired from my bed.
