Good product but abysmal customer service. Took forever and did not respond to any of my messages for over two months. The item only shipped after I finally got a refund from PayPal, after which they tried to blame the shipper for the delay. I am convinced that they would have kept my money and never sent me my sign if I hadn't gotten the refund. It's obviously not a scam because they wouldn't go through all the trouble to make the sign if they were trying to rip me off. More likely it's just a case of a talented craftsman but incompetent business owner. So many reviews on other sites from people with similar experiences. It's mind-boggling how all the reviews on this site are so positive. We do like the sign and after way too much effort on my part they finally gave me a 20% discount, but they never actually admitted any fault on their part, and because of all the stress and frustration they put my through I have to firmly advise DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Yep, you're looking here cause nothing ever got shipped. I emailed, attempted to call them, even used that fake web chat where they never get back to you. Gave them *two weeks* to at least reach back to me and nothing. If you're lucky like me, you can dispute the order with your bank before day 60 of ordering. Because when I did that.. a plaque magically showed up to my door, with no paint on it and dusty with wood chips AND late. But it has a tree engraving, our last names, and wedding date. Of course, it came a few days AFTER our wedding when the date set was 2 weeks before the wedding. I'm not sure if they commissioned another company to do it due to the bank claim or what, but the product I received wasnt even what I paid for.. so.

I had asked via the chat on their website if a rush order was possible to be delivered in 10 days (their website says 6-8wks ship time, BUT said to ask about rush orders). They said, yes, they can accommodate me (was not expecting them to say yes, but liked how their products looked). I placed the order, closed the chat window (not before taking pics of our conversation for records), then waited for the proof to be emailed to me. After checking throughout the day, every day, for the next 6 days, I finally emailed to ask about my order (being patient as I know I'm not the only customer). No response... asked again that night. Again, no response. The next day (obviously getting close to not being able to make it in time), I mentioned if it couldn't be sent soon, I would be needing to file a dispute on PayPal seeing my order was placed on the contingency that I would have the order by a certain date and I'm not hearing anything from them. Within 30 mins, I had an email saying they've "tried" getting in touch with me about my proof but hadn't heard back. If that's the case, why didn't they respond to my previous emails until I mentioned filing a dispute? They said they had tried talking to me through the chat... but my chat window was gone and I received NO emails from them. They then said "we can make it tonight and send it in the morning so it can make it in time". I said "if it CANNOT make it by the date I requested, I want a refund for the expedited shipping." I've had NO response from them since then. It was shipped and sent to me but I received it two days later than what I NEEDED and I never got a refund for the expedited shipping. When you chose shipping labels on UPS, they tell you what date it will arrive. The shipment was NOT delayed as it had the same arrival date the whole time I had the tracking number. I lost money paying to get the package here before a certain date, and it didn't even get here in time

same as other reviews, they charged my card never sent anything or response to my emails, they have no phone on website. Eventually I disputed the charge.

Exact same scenario as Anthony (posted on April 7th). I ordered 6 weeks ago. Immediately said cut and "drying". I did not expect it to be quick so was not too pressed about it. However, after a month and no updates on the drying process I sent an email, then another, then posted on their chat function on-line. Crickets. 2 weeks and no response to any of my inquiries. Not 10 minutes after I sent a 3rd email indicating I was disputing the charge they got back to me with a "Reminder to Review" my design. There was no initial request to review and it is not in spam. Also, if earlier responses went to spam, why wouldn't the one they just sent? Anyway, everything Anthony put in his post goes for me as well. A simple response saying they were working on it was all I would have needed. I rarely post negative reviews. Must have been 10+ years since I posted something negative but felt I absolutely had to in this case. Caveat Emptor, indeed.

Unfortunately, I believe this is fake! They are on Shop, but you cannot leave any reviews. There’s really nowhere to leave a review for them yet they got all of these wonderful raving reviews! I ordered my product giving them over 50 days to complete before my 20th anniversary. I gave detailed information upon ordering the product. they have a little Status thing that tells you where your product is in the process within a couple of days my product was in being cut and drying. So I thought everything was going good. About 30 days later. There is still no change from this drying status. so I began to inquire via email as there’s no other way to contact them. I sent several emails without response. I then sent an email claiming that if I did not receive a response that I was going to contest my credit card for payment as the time had been too long and I receive no updated statuses for the piece that I had ordered. I never even got app proof within that time to approve once they receive that email about canceling my credit card payment then all of a sudden they respond saying that my product was on time and would be delivered on time. So I waited another 10 days and still no proof and no change of status another couple of emails about me canceling my order again then all of a sudden they start responding again. They did eventually send me a proof and at this point I would expect the speed to pick up considering that they only had 10 days left to get me the product that I ordered and paid $400 for in time for my anniversary. So two days before it is supposed to be delivered the status changes to I will be receiving my order soon after I followed up with them once again about my product, not being shipped and not being able to receive my product in time for my anniversary still no communication from them. I waited my anniversary date came and went. I waited several more days still nothing delivered to me. I then sent an email and let them know that I was contesting the charge on my credit card and they failed to meet the delivery date that I needed the product by now they start actively emailing me back-and-forth and discussion telling me that I can’t cancel it that the product‘s been shipped, etc. etc. and guess what a couple of weeks later still no product. No tracking information. I already contested this with my card and receive refund for the product. No further communication from them. I believe this is a very fake and involve scheme to get people‘s money and not deliver a product this is unfortunate and Shop should be getting rid of these criminals like this. It’s absolutely ridiculous. This product was supposed to be made in the US and honestly I think the whole thing is a gimmick. What a joke do yourself a favor. Avoid the headache and embarrassment to your spouse of not having a gift on your anniversary date, even though I gave them several months to get this completed terrible terrible people terrible experience don’t waste your time and your hard earned money on this

12/4/24 -placed order, requested rush (was to be a Xmas present). Ordered a "No Hurricane Zone" sign modeled after a "No Wake Zone" sign
12/11 - sent email for status - no reply
12/17 - sent email for status - no reply
12/19 - sent email stating I was filing BBB complaint - no reply
2/2025 - filed a dispute on the charge with my bank
2/17 - received sign in the mail - never was provided a proof (yes, I monitored my spam folder), and it is incorrect. Says "No Wake Zone"
There is no way to contact this company except through email and they do not respond.

I placed an order with this company back in February 2024 for two signs, which were supposed to arrive before June 1st. They missed that deadline, and I had to constantly chase them down through multiple email addresses just to get any response.

After six months of delays, they blamed the shipping company, claiming my order was dropped off at the wrong mail service, adding nearly two more months of waiting. When the signs finally arrived, they were a disaster—poorly sealed, warped, damaged at the corners, and cracked in the back.

I shipped them back for corrections, and they promised to fix and return one sign at a time. The first sign, which was supposed to arrive in a month, took almost three. It was slightly better but still not great. The second sign was supposed to follow a month later, but now it’s the end of February 2025, and I still don’t have it.

To make matters worse, they dragged this out so long that I can’t even dispute the charge on my credit card. I’ve spent over $2,600 on the signs and another $400 on proofs, and now they’re ignoring and blocking me.

Avoid this company at all costs! They are unresponsive, unreliable, and take your money without delivering quality products or service. I want my sign or my refund—DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Very slick operators. My experience was the same as the others who have posted here.

Months went by. I asked them for an anticipated ship date. No answer. No phone number posted -- too many calls from unhappy customers. They point out that the fine print you apparently agree to when you place the order says they can ship whenever they get around to it. They shipped my sign five days after I disputed the credit card charge -- months after I placed the order -- and then defended the dispute by saying that they shipped and it was received. I refused delivery. I had ordered a sign from another company and they delivered within a few days.

My daughter ordered & paid for a board 3 months ago, for her upcoming wedding. According to the company website, the board would take 4 - 6 weeks to complete & ship.it should have been sipped beginning of September. October 1st was the last time my daughter heard from them. I have called. She has called. They have ignored all phone calls & emails with no response to anything. It appears that they are a sham of a business. Taking a lot of money & then disappear. I would not recommend them at all - especially for special events. They will let you down in every way. I do not know how on earth they ever got a 5 star rating other than from family members trying to make them look legitimate.

I ordered from them on 12/1/23. 4-6 weeks is the time frame, however in reality it took 17 weeks. The product that finally came was exactly what I was looking for and wanted. The issue is the lack of communication, After 12 weeks I emailed them and asked what was going on and they responded that they sent out the proof and I never replied to it, the thing is I have been anxiously waiting on this and check my email multiple times a day (including my spam). I approved the proof and explained I never received an e-mail about the proof with no reply. I waited a few more weeks and finally, I got an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number, following the tracking number it said "label created", waiting for the package to be taken into their possession. After a week of "label created" I contacted UPS and ADK, UPS said they still do not have the package, and ADK said nothing. I have not heard anything from ADK since they sent the proof 12 weeks at my request. Finally, it has arrived on 3/14/24. The work is good but the communication is awful. It doesn't take much to communicate with the customer, or apologize for the wait instead of blaming the customer. I would have been fine with an explanation instead of "we sent an e-mail" Which I know for a fact to be not true. I will not order from them again, I truly believe I can get the same quality for the same price with a lot better communication from another company.
