I like how creative this company gets in fooling and scamming people through fake promises. Plenty of ideas there so yeah you have to give to them here. Currently it's fooling the public throughout manipulated and fake reviews on different platforms. It asks its employees to put up good reviews to save their jobs and they have to follow the command despite the fact that they also find this company extremely suffocating.

It is unprofessional and selfish in nature. There's no guarantee of getting salary here despite working your heart off. Even if you get, you'll get it very late just like you'll leave the office very late everyday. They'll tell you that you'd be working till 7:30 PM but make you work till 9-9:30 If you're in the non sales team and even 10:30-11 if you are in the sales. They are nothing but mosquitoes, small in stature, no scope for growth with these tactics and they s*ck your blood for work. Never join this company no matter how many too good to be true promises are made to you.

My experience working here has been absolutely amazing. I've never seen a place more alive with a desire to learn and open to initiatives. The work culture is so inclusive and so positive. You never feel left out or unseen. The seniors are supportive in every scenario and you learn from their varied experience. Having worked here for 8 months, I can say I haven't seen a more selfish, unprofessional and non punctual company than this. Join karte hue HRs will make you a fool by giving you incorrect information about your salary and whole working structure. The work timings are insane. They will make you work from 10 AM to 10 PM even though on paper they'll say 10 AM to 7 PM only. They don't value anyone else's time or anyone else's lives. They will offer you a particular salary and when you join, they'll say ki salary tabhi milegi jab target complete hogi (they won't mention this before joining) and then they will give you impossible targets. 1 week ka target 1 din me complete karne ko kahenge aur karte raho pure din rat usko complete. Such impossible targets will never get completed and the company will save paying salary to its employees. The more loyal you get toward the company, the more they will exploit you. Same is the case with being a good employee. Jitni jyada skills hogi, jitni jyada mehnat karoge utna jyada kaam karwayenge. They are so selfish that they don't even care about your health. They will make you work for 11-12 hours without break. Khana kab khana hai, kaise khana hai, sona kab hai, that's your concern. Company ko to bas kaam se matlab hai, ab bhale hi insaan galat time par khane ki wajah se beemar par jaye ya dhang se rest na le paye is schedule ke chakkar me.
The company screws with both your physical and mental health shamelessly. They hire you for one thing and make you do something different lol. And then they'll fire you as per their wish, over some silly reasons, without giving any prior notice. Your job, your future is never secured in this company even if you give your 150% everyday and put your health at risk too. And personal life? Forget that such a thing even exists if you want to join this company. It will feel like you live and exist in this world just to be a slave of this company.
I've had a terrible experience working in this company and I won't want anyone else to go through the same. Don't join this company and save yourself from the modern day slavery. You will always be underpaid and you will always be overworked, frustrated and dissatisfied. Worst company, ever. I wish I could give it less than 1 star.
