J'ai failli me faire scam. Le site appartient à une société israelienne, qui n'a aucun lien avec Adidas. Ce n'est pas un site officiel de la marque. De plus, quand je vois ici les autres avis, cela fait froid dans le dos...

It is a scam. No delivery, no contact.
The only option is to get help from PayPal to get the money back, and PayPal is really helpful

I got to the store from a Facebook ad, and didn't notice it wasn't official Adidas store. After completing my purchase, found these bad opinions and was worried it's a scam. Tried to contact them immediately to cancel my order, but each of my e-mails were not responded to. Out of nowhere, 4 days later I got notification, that UPS is going to deliver today (this time double-chcecked if that was not a scam). So, the facts about this store:

1. Zero customer service.
2. Registered in Switzerland, bur sending from the Netherlands.
3. No notification, that they registered a parcel - only one e-mail came from UPS the day it was going to be delivered.
4. Not an official Adidas store, however what has been sent has all the Adidas tags, codes, packaging and quality of material and sewing is as good as the original. Box states it is produced with a license of Adidas company, QR codes on the tags redirect to official Adidas website.
5. Size chart is strange, but it is correct with what was stated on the website.

Summary: I'm glad it turned out well for me, but I won't make there any shopping again. I have no trust in a shop, which tries to look like an official one, even if it isn't. 5 stars for the products and quick delivery, 1 star for customer service etc.

And remember - if you buy anything online paying by card and never get the products - most of the card issuers offer chargeback, if you complain and prove your point. Also good to use any other payment method with buyer protection included.

Scammers.
I put the order.
They sent the confirmation ID.
(automatically)

Then ... nothing else.

Then I sent an email.
They Never replied back.

Then I checked Trustpilot.
Realised what and who they are.

Then I sent another email asking to cancel and requested a full refund as the order hasn't been dispatched.

No reply.

I sent the form on their site repeating the request.

No reply and most importantly, they never send you a receipt, which shows how well they have built their scams.This way no one can have proof of the communication with them

Do not even bother, we are talking about another scam, paying tons for their ads on insta and fb

Save your time and money.

I filed a dispute with my bank and will take them to all social of course, to save people from this hassle.

Det er en scam, bestilte 3 sports BH’er hjem, fik dem aldrig og fik en bedsked fra en italiensk e-mail, hvor der stod oversat til engelsk “sorry to leave it here” og de har trukket pengene fra mit dankort. Bestil ikke herfra.

Three weeks for underwear is quiet to much.
No information, nothing.

Please do not use this website. I had to return some underwear they sent me as they were too small. They sent me the label as it has to go back to the Netherlands. After emailing them several times regarding no refund, I got in touch with DHL. They told me that AddidasUnderwear had refused to take the parcel - so it was destroyed!!! Do not use!!

Took my order, then created a shipping label. It stayed at that stage for 3 weeks. I wrote asking if they were going to ship the order and a week later they refunded my order. I've yet to see the money appear in my account.

Do not use this website.

Scam Website not afflicted to Adidas in any way, its been almost a month and I still have not received the t-shirts I paid £56.70

Instagram ads lead me to this place, screw you Instagram why are you promoting all these hoax and scam sites making people lose their money for a monetary fee from those scammers, I pray you all end up on a Squid Game reality.

Gedeeltelijke terugbetaling teruggestuurde items. Stuurde 3 items terug, slechts terugbetaald voor 2 items. Het 3de zoeken ze intern als sinds meer dan 2,5 maanden ... steeds een automatische antwoord dat ze het nagaan met hun warenhuis !!
Pure oplichting.

When I completed my purchase it was clearly a Shopify website what made me reluctant of my purchase. I thought I would lose the money or the products will be counterfeit, but for my surprise I received my order fast and the products are of Adidas quality.

However I don't think I will buy here again, as this is clearly not connected to Adidas.

Bestelling gedaan bij Adidasunderwear.com voor diverse artikelen. Deze zijn binnen 3 dagen netjes via UPC geleverd incl. tracking. Kwaliteit is echte Adidas kwaliteit. Geen idee dus waar de slechte reviews vandaan komen…

That was my third order with Adidas Underwear but this time the order wasn’t delivered, UPS didn’t even try to deliver, nobody came (we are open 12hours a day) neither called. Somehow 2,5 weeks later I got a refund of the price of the purchase but not of the price of the shipping. So I just payed 6 euros for poor delivery service

Drie items besteld, 2 items werden vlot geleverd binnen de twee dagen. Bericht gekregen dat 1 item niet in stock was en onmiddellijk refund gekregen voor dit item. Vlotte tracking en levering via UPS. Ik begrijp de negatieve reviews niet goed mijn ervaring was positief.

Ordered some underwear but got an email "Order #DEL40514 was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been refunded." Still waiting my money back. They don't answer to emails.

Biggest scammer ever. They don’t answer on mail. No customer service. I pay T-shirts and never get it plus i didn’t get money back. It’s really frustrating that nobody stop them and shut them up.
Really disappointed company and shame for adidas.

Blev grebet af et godt tilbud da det kom op på min Facebook side. Efter jeg havde bestil 3 ting på januar udsalg tjekkede jeg trustpilot om blev i tvivl. Ville jeg miste penge her?
Nu efter 6 dage er pakken kommet med alle varerne og jeg lovede mig selv at jeg ville anmelde butikken.
Jeg er enig i at man ikke kan følge sin pakke, for det sendes ikke med PostNord, så den track and trace kode er ikke rigtig- mit leveret med Bring, som pludselig skrev, nu kan du hente din pakke.

Bestelling geplaatst, weken gewacht. Niks ontvangen wel netjes mijn geld teruggestort…

I ordered the goods but they were delivered but they were sent back by Post nl. No response from the seller. Since I sent money via PayPal, I have now applied for buyer protection. I hope I get my money back from PayPal.

Scam, never recive the package and no answering the mail also because there is no phone number to contact them, i made the mistake to do not search before the comments about the company so now i just lost my money, so check this comments before and do not make the same mistake!
