I ordered the Ranveer Singh Adidas…

I ordered the Ranveer Singh Adidas shoes as a gift for my brother, and honestly, the entire purchase decision was driven by the experience that was being showcased online — especially the premium wooden box and the folder that everyone was talking about in reels and promotions.
But what I received was extremely disappointing.
Instead of the promised premium experience, the shoes arrived in a very basic cardboard box — no special packaging, no folder, nothing. To make matters worse, even that box was torn, damaged, and looked like it had been mishandled.
When you’re paying a premium price, the expectation is not just the product, but the full experience that’s being advertised. If there was no intention to deliver that, it should have been clearly communicated. The visuals and promotions are misleading, and that’s not fair to customers.
Had I known this, I would have simply ordered regular Superstar shoes instead.
This felt like a complete letdown and, frankly, very dishonest. Really disappointing experience.

I ordered socks and then I wanted to…

I ordered socks and then I wanted to return because I was not happy with the quality. Adiddas created the pickup and asked me to return the product when the agent comes to pickup but never shared an AWB number. The agent came to pickup and showed me the slip from Adiddas team for pickup. I gave back the item but Adiddas said they never received it. I kept saying that I am not lying and I don’t have the product as well as why would I scam Adidas for 1000 rupees. After 2 months of back and forth on calls and emails they asked me to ask the agent to get the product. I said it’s not my responsibility and I gave them the agent name and number but they never called him. Being a good person I also called the agent asked if he had the product then he said if you share the AWB then only I will be able to help.
Now it’s been 3 months, Adiddas has stopped responding my emails, they have not given my money back and it feels like as a customer we are not even valued.

Duplicate product and worst customer support

I ordered tshirts 2 months back and the logo is coming out, even clothes thread is also coming out from multiple place, raised the concern but not giving proper response and back to return. So useless and not trustable adidas.co.in site

Adidas India is Fake

If anyone plans to buy anything from adidas
India website, I am sure that you lost your money.
They will not deliver your product and they will not refund until 6 months. Their delivery partners are not responsible for anything and if you complain to adidas they will not take any action, for each complaint adidas will send you same copy paste email, which will make you frustrated.
They need minimum 3 months for delivery within
INDIA e. I am sure that Adidas India will destroy the name goodwill built by Adi Dazzler.

Returns and Refunds

I had initiated a returns of the above order online, however the pick up service provider cancelled the pick up without any prior intimation. Following the cancelled pick up I have called the customer service couple of times to reinitiate the returns however even after 15 days, the return has not been completed and when I requested to speak to the supervisor, the customer service agent, Vinay, refused to transfer the call.

It has been a very poor and frustrating experience to deal with returns and refunds with Adidas India.

Worst product quality and it did not…

Worst product quality and it did not last long,a worrying price drop in quality and purely unacceptable at high price charged and delivery was 5 weeks late, whenever I called their service center they were very rude. Customer care was of no help

Terrible Experience

I ordered some 4 tee shirts from Adidas.co.in online after seeing their claim to deliver within 4-5 working days. First my order was confirmed, then after 2 days of ordering, the order status went back to under verification from confirmed. Then after few mails and multiple calls to their customer care service, they assured me that I will receive the order no later than 21st July. And the day came - 21st July - 10 days after I paid full to the order and the order status is now Ready for Dispatch - Not even dispatched. Again multiple calls, they came up with a new idea - the order is not yet dispatched, they will "SOON" dispatch the order and I will receive the order within only 5-6 days after the dispatch will be made. But they can not say when they will be able to dispatch.

While contacting Adidas, I told them multiple times that I will not be available in the delivery address from 22nd July. And the order has been in place only because they were continuously assuring me that the delivery will be completed within 21st July. Sadly, I don't think I will be receiving the order, and they have not cancelled the order I don't know why. So, I am fearing that my hard earned money will become a donation to Adidas. However, since this is a fraud case, I can definitely do something about it.
