I booked a family trip. I went on fly scanner and searched for flights and got a really great price I booked, paid for it and 10 min later I got a whatsapp from Patrick telling me I needed to confirm my flight and for it to be completed I had to pay additional fees. I immediately panicked and searched the company online, the reviews weren't great so I panicked even more. However, this company is misunderstood and I think that is why most customers are disatisfied. Patrick was really nice anf helpfull and had a lot of patience with me. The misunderstanding is that it is not straightforward that when booking via a jetcost website that there are still taxes and commision to be paid. I think if the company made this clear and more transparent people would be less aggitated and surprised when the additional costs come forward. Patrick however was very polite towards me and had lots of patience so I give this company a 3 star rating.

Do not use this company. They are scammers and commit fraudulent schemes the prices they show online or not the accurate prices and their customer service is beyond unacceptable. Steer clear from this company at all cost. I wouldn't give them one star, but that was the least that I could give

My experience identical to others. Got forwarded from JetCost, saw the flights in a typical looking list, bought the flights. Got a text 5 minutes later from "Patrick" telling me the actual price was 2-4 times as much. I asked to cancel but they refused anything but a credit, which I can't and won't obviously use in an outright fraudulent company. When I insisted they refund my money he told me it was my fault and why was I using a website I didn't know about! And yet even in retrospect in the fine print there is nothing about the tickets being standby, holding, or waitlist tickets. I was certainly never informed. There is no way I could have known this was a scam. Despite "Patrick" telling me I should have known that wasn't a real price (even though it was a price Spirit charged for a similar flight.) I asked to speak to the manager. He was also rude, told me it was my fault, and when I insisted on refund, hung up on me, which was a mercy because understanding either of them was a challenge. JetCost is probably a scam too, can't be contacted. Was forced to use the JetCost app in order to get flight through SkyScanner, so they are likely fraudulent organization also or this would have been stopped.
Now waiting for the charge to post so I can dispute. BBB here I come. Sounds like the makings of a class action lawsuit. AddonTrip is based out of WY it says. It is pretty clear the only good reviews are obviously company generated as they are all June 4-7 and mention the representatives by name.

this is a scam, they offer a price then they do not honor that price and want you to pay more, is fraud. they also use other names on Jetcost.com, be careful.

Mr Jeff was very helpful in regard to the issues I had with my reserve. He went out of his way to fix the issue and even pay certain fees ( $664), from his pocket to resolve the issue.

Be very careful, they make reservations, you charge your credit card, then they raise the price of the tickets wanting you to pay more and they don't give you your money back and you know that nobody is responsible and they don't answer you, they steal shamelessly

Almost used them myself, but then l Iooked at some of their reviews. Very suspicious that so many of their 5 star ratings happened on exactly July, 5 2022. You can always tell a scam company by their obvious inattention to the details or their horrible grammar. Even more disconcerting is the fact that legit websites referred me to their page to buy tickets!! This site needs to be shut down and investigated before more people are scammed!

0 stars !! First thing that didn’t make sense .. a man by the name of Jeff with the thickest hard to understand accent talking about my flight in the states.. They are very misleading.. I booked a fight for my kids and I , the next day they left emails and finally texted me about needing to update me about reservation.. my $500 and something flight turned out to be $1400 because they said my reservation was for made for stand by …said they couldn’t refund my money even though it was less then 24 hours. Claimed they coujd only give me a flight credit!! . Like I really am suppose to trust them!! What a joke!! Called credit card ..

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE GOOD REVIEWS. They are 100% false and probably paid for. THIS IS A SCAM!! All the reviews about it being a scam are ACCURATE!! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!

I was looking for airline tickets together with my wife and she found this website.
She shared a link with me directly to a possible itinerary and the price seemed very discounted.
Being happy with the price, I placed a reservation for what I thought to be our airplane tickets. A couple of hours later they called me (sounded like a cheap outsourced call center like the ones that make ssn fraud calls) and said that those were not actually tickets, but a "holding fee", or a "request for them to look into the best pricing available". I mentioned several times on the phone call that that is not the service that I am paying for and asked to refund me multiple times. They said that the transaction was non-refundable, and the fact that the website stated "100% free cancellation in 24h" meant that they will issue me a credit for the airline that I was supposed to fly.
After they refused to refund me, I called my bank and filed a request for the chargeback.

In the end, the transaction on my card was posted as "Delta airlines". I don't understand why they would agree to this obvious reputational hit and do business with shady partners like this.

Mark Smith helped me with the booking. He was very helpful and I was very satisfied with the experience.

Totally Scam…
I got redirected from the other flights website. I did not know this company until I got the email from Jeff Hamilton. He said my booking could not take place and I must pay $2,500 if I do not approve my money will not be returned to my bank account. I couldn't believe it, I said I was going to my mom Memorial, but they were so rude with tough accents. Please do a favor do not use the take my money and they do not understand that you cannot charge when you do not have the transaction completed. A terrified phone call.

Scam!! Do not purchase or deal with this company. You will regret it
