We implemented AddEvent into our business a few months ago, and it has been a wonderful experience. It's very convenient for recording prospective attendees, reminding the prospective attendees, and for offering our clients a full sync-able calendar of all our events. The customer service has also been very efficient and helpful in catering to our specific needs.

Having been optimizing event attendance rates with AddEvent for over a year, I can confidently say it's been a game-changer. In that time, I've consistently achieved impressive results: ~ 50% increased attendance rates for events.

I love the user-friendly platform, customizable options, and seamless calendar integration have made all the difference in boosting participation. Not to mention, their customer support is always there when you need assistance.

Unfortunately this products 'reminders/alerts' for events do not work in clients calendars. This is something they advertise that their product is capable of, but it's not.
We tried multiple times to troubleshoot this ourselves, with our clients and had no success. In fact, even when clients tried to manually adjust the events in their own calendars this failed.
We then contacted Addevent and their response was it was a problem with all the major calendars not their product.
...welp Addevent, if you make a calendar-add product that does not properly function in all the major calendars like google, outlook, apple, etc., then your product is useless.

So if you need alerts/reminders to function for the group you share the events with, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.
Furthermore after explaining this to them and requesting a refund on the remaining 10months of our 1 yr plan, we were told no, the best they could do would be offer us a credit to use their service (which doesn't work) at a later date.
Um no thanks, keep the money and now other consumers can hopefully be aware of their failures before making similar mistakes.

This is a great platform. My company hosts small, informal, free networking events that don't necessarily need tickets. But what we do need is the ability to gauge interest and RSVPs, and ideally share a calendar invite without sharing all the attendees contact emails (which is what would happen if I used an Outlook Calendar Invite). I hunted for AGES to find a platform that would give me RSVP management and an 'Add to calendar' feature. It appeared you simply could not have one without the other.
Enter AddEvent: and it has them! A simple, free platform that allows you to create an event, add RSVP functionality which you can copy / paste into an email with an RSVP-linked button, easy to export csv data, and when attendees RSVP they get the option to Add to Calendar. Brilliant!! We've used it for 2 events so far.

We decided to use AddEvent for a few reasons. Two of those include the ability to customize the event and control PII. Another reason we chose AddEvent was because we were able to add an accessibility feature to the event page, which keeps our company compliant. Finally, they don’t use (or sell) our event list for their marketing. Beyond features, we’ve found the support staff to be very responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The service offered is very interesting and it works very well but it is above all the customer support that is amazing.

Add Event is a sleek and visually pleasing product, doing exactly what we needed it for. Also, the team have been providing hands-down the best customer service I have received when using a tech product/software, even from the other side of the world (thanks Michael). 10/10 would recommend.

Finding this event registration and add to calendar tools to be very helpful. We also needed advanced programming help and found the AddEvent team to be very easy to work with, responsive, quick and kind.

First, I have to say that AddEvent is a powerful tool for sharing events seamlessly. Second, and equally important, the staff has been exceptionally responsive when my team has had questions about how to do something (special shout-out to Camella and Michael).
