I ordered a panel heater from this Company which needed to be delivered to the North of Scotland. Unfortunately it got damaged in transit. I got in touch with the company and they had another one sent ASAP. I have to say that my overall experience with this Company has been excellent and would highly recommend them based on my experiance.

Having ordered 1 x heater and it was delivered promptly and well packaged, was impressive. Coupled to the quality of the product and the price, I would have no reservations about recommending this company and their heaters to anyone.

An electric towel dryer rad for the bathroom. Easy to install, excellent quality and works a treat. Arrived quickly too. Very pleased.

Bought 3 of these heaters a couple of years ago. 2 are faulty after very little use, one only been used for a couple of hours in a spare bed room . Tried to order spares as just out of warranty, got told not available would I like to order new heater! Would never advise anyone to purchase their products

Purchased Vitra WIFI 2000W wall heater. Excellent service, delivery, customer service advise and the product. Purchased glass front heater and its looks very smart and more importantly it warms room up quickly. WIFI connection was fiddly via Smart things app, but connected via Solaire App and that was very easy to install/connect and use. So far, very happy with product with 2 year warranty peace of mind.

All products can break, sometimes sooner than expected, which is why a good warranty matters. I purchased a few Solaire Heating products, and when one of the thermostats stopped working (206-1142514-1701921), I was initially skeptical about whether the warranty would actually be honored. However, I was wrong.
After-sales support is what truly separates reliable companies from shady ones, and Solaire Heating proved to be excellent. I received a replacement quickly and with no hassle at all. I’m really pleased with their service!

I had an issue setting up the wifi on one of their heaters and they couldn’t be more helpful. Also one of the heaters started playing up but was outside the warranty, but they still replaced it.

Had an ADAX radiator that I purchased some years ago but had never been able to connect to my WiFi for some reason. No big deal and I just used it manually.
I thought I'd give it one more go recently now that winter was here but again with no success.
I suspected that there was a fault with the WiFi module as I had 2 others which worked out of the box.
Online, I found that the WiFi module is an easily user replaced unit and contacted Solaire Heating who provided the radiators originally and asked the cost of a new unit.
They asked how old the radiator was and whether I had any order forms or receipts. A quick search of my emails turned it up so they delivered a new module with Bluetooth 'under the 5 year warranty' which I didn't know about.
The replacement took all of 10 minutes and worked like a dream.

I would not recommend. Bought 3 ADAX Neo WiFi. The thermostat is so poor reading the temperature. When the heater is on, within seconds the thermostat reaches high temperatures, causing the heater to switch off, until the thermostat cool down again. In practice, this is a massive design flaw, it means it is impossible to heat the room. The issue is with all 3 heaters. Reached out the retailer few weeks ago, issue not being resolved yet. Will be asking for a refund.

Bought two of these heaters last year, definitely better that other electric heaters and they were certainly cheaper on electric usage.
One of them stopped working via Wi-Fi so I emailed the company for some advice, not expecting much as over 12mths old. I was so surprised at just how helpful they were and they sent me out a brand new heater, no quibbles and I've just got to arrange for them to pick up the broken one. I would without a doubt recommend this company for their products and customer service. Massive thank you!

More companies should follow the lead of Solaire Heating with their outstanding customer service. We had a 4 year old heater under their 5 year warranty. Product was replaced with no issues, no fuss and within 3 days. Absolutely brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful.

I've been heating my flat with Adax heaters for over one year now and I'm really happy with their performance.
It is especially convenient that they can be linked to their app and connected to Alexa.
When I first tried to connect the heaters to their app I struggled with the procedure and the customer service delivered a new control panel within 24 hours that instantly allowed me to complete the conection.
Recently, though, I had a technical issue with their app and lost the connection to Alexa. Luke from Adax customer service was extremely helpful, thorough and attentive to my requests, providing outstanding service, detailed explanation regarding the issue and eventually accurate and precise instructions to fix the problem.
Very happy with their assistance.
