I bought a used tablet on eBay that needed a new charger and the only place I could find that seemed to have a legit replacement was Adapterfamily. Shortly after ordering the charger the tablet broke so I returned it to the seller. As I no longer needed the charger I emailed Adapterfamily to ask if I could cancel the order or arrange a return on receipt. They replied saying they'd try to interrupt the shipping. The charger arrived some days later so I left the package unopened and emailed to ask how to return. They have a good returns policy on their website so I was expecting a reply with instructions. They replied asking me to keep the charger for some other use. I asked again for a return and got no response. I then checked the reviews on the company and saw their terrible history. I should have checked before. I emailed them saying I was now aware of their bad reputation and don't need the extra stress, and withdrew my refund request. I opened the package knowing I was likely stuck with it and found a Samsung phone charger. They hadn't even sent me the right item. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a charger for my laptop off here as I struggled to find it on any other websites. It cost me £49 and after ordering and realising it was coming from China I panicked and came to this site. Seeing the reviews I was 100% sure I had been scammed but it arrived today, less than a week after ordering and it is the correct charger, it fits and works, and I even got a little note in the box and a free phone charger! Really impressed with delivery time and the nice little gesture of a freebie! Will defo recommend this site to my work colleagues if they ever lose their charger like me!

No customer service whatsoever, ordered item and clicked incorrect item , as soon as I had done it , I immediately contacted them to cancel the order ! No responses ! Item arrived , requested the return and guess what !!! No responses

Useless.First time ever I did not check Trustpilot for reviews on a company and I have been conned.I ordered a Ac charger for my Bose mini link Bluetooth speaker from Adapter Family, what arrived in the post was a charger that not only didn’t fit properly it also damaged the speaker.After this happened I then checked the reviews on Adapter Family and realised my mistake in not checking TrustPilot for reviews BEFORE I ordered.Like so many people before me I can only say KEEP AWAY FROM Adapter Family.After reading the reviews I have decided not to bother corresponding with the company as it would just be wasted time and effort.ANY company that hides its true location,in this case China and not the UK as it purports to be,must at the least be considered suspicious.I have just chalked this down as a bad experience and a loss of £20 so BE WARNED don’t order from this company.

I bought a charger from this Company and wanted to send it back. I asked for a retouring label, the first answer was: what is wrong with this item? - no retouring label included.
I sent a lot of Mails asking for a retouring label. No answers yet.
Do Not buy anything from this Company.

Okay, so I have to write a review, because I too thought that I was going to get scammed based off the reviews from this website. I had already ordered my computer power adapter, and after I ordered and paid for it, it was than that I found this site. I was mortified, I thought I’d for sure been scammed and thought I had lost my $40. I did use PayPal, it was quick and easy.

I would like to report that I purchased my adapter on 1/19/22. It did say it would take 10-14 business days via usps regular mail. My adapter came in the mail today, and it’s exactly what I ordered and works just as it needs to and it was brand new, I even got an extra usb connector that wasn’t part of the order… I can vouch for this company. I’m not sure if anything has changed, since all the bad reviews on here, but I can report and tell you that my experience was absolutely what I expected and they delivered the product I orders and it was the cheapest price compared to other online vendors. I am happy I purchased my adapter with Adapter Family .

Ordered an adapter for my printer. Received an adapter, it did not get power to the printer. Switched to my old adapter and the printer worked. Asked for a return authorization number. They wanted me to take pictures of the adapter they sent me, parts of my laptop, and about 4 other photos, and including measurements of the tiny little parts of the adapter.
I asked for a return authorization over and over and over.
I told them I just wanted to return the adapter for a refund. They do not reply. There are no returns to them.
I wasted my money. I really tried hard to get them to help me because I don’t like to leave a negative review.

Do NOT do business with this company.

Ordered an adapter they said was correct for my computer; it wasn't. Asked for a return authorization number. They wanted me to take pictures of the adapter they sent me, my laptop, and about 3 other steps.

I told them I just wanted to return and needed their "satisfaction guaranteed" RMA number. They refuse to reply to any more requests. There are no returns to them. It's a shell game.

Total fraud.

I never received my order. When I asked about it, they merely sent me a tracking number.

As others have said, don't buy from this company. They pretend they're based in the UK, when in fact they ship direct from China. This means that the 1-2 days they promise on the website is just wrong. When you write to them to cancel, they ignore you and tell you they're shipping (and charging) anyway. They expect *you* to pay return postage, even if you've cancelled your order. I wouldn't usually say this, but ordering via Amazon is surely the safer way to go.

Why is it so difficult to find a Good Supplier for AC Adaptors? Very bad service from this company.

Please do not buy from this company. I read the reviews and still I ordered thinking it probably wont happen to me. My order, which constantly stated it would be here around one week took one month to be delivered. On top of that they sent me a low cost charger that didn't even fit my laptop. I emailed them asking for my money back where they asked for pictures of my laptop VIN number so I reluctantly complied and sent them the picture that was a week ago with no response. I strongly urge you to not buy from them and save the money and hassle.

I purchased an new charging cord for my computer through this company, and they just sent me a cord that I didn't order and couldn't even use. I tried to resolve the issue directly with them, but after over 3 weeks of trying to resolve the issue, they just stopped working with me and never tried to send me the correct charging cord. Their business mode appears to be to send you something close to what you ordered and take your money. If you order something from this company, be ready for a headache!

Beware: I ordered a charger back on 3 May with an estimate delivery time of 2-4 working days. Almost THREE weeks later, item finally turned up BUT was incorrect item with different specs and is approx. £20 cheaper than the one I ordered! When contacting the seller, I was told to "just try it in the laptop!" I am still battling with Paypal and the seller for a refund! Royal Mail has advised they are not allowed to send back electricals to China at the moment so goodbye £50!..

I read all the negative reviews here after I'd placed my order so I thought I'd seen the last of my money. However, the adaptor arrived in 7 days (over Christmas), the tracking info was accurate and the adaptor seems to work well.

First time I have reviewed a purchase, but after reading so many negative reviews I decided to add my experience after purchasing a replacement charger for my Dell XPS laptop.
My charger failed after 2 months, I contacted the customer support who sent an apology and a replacement unit Didn’t even have to send my old unit back. So, it’s a 5 out 5 from me.

SCAM-Shop! Don't buy here unless you want to wait for your order for 4 Weeks with a pseudo registered Tracking-No from China that will never even arrive at your destination country.
Thanks to PayPal for protecting me here - dont fall for this scam!

Thankfully, I used paypal and also had them reported. They gave me a tracking number that actually registered but, once i reached out to USPS they informed me that the order was never shipped. IDK how they made that work but, they did. Paypal did retrieve the money I spent just a fair warning STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM.

AVOID!! Wrong adapter delivered and had to pay to return. No further contact and no refund of original cost or postage costs.

Awful. I ordered the wrong charger, admitted it was my fault. They said please send photos and maybe they can make it right. Then never responded to another email!

Also, keep in mind that even if they do accept a return/exchange, you have to pay the shipping - to China! Almost as expensive as the charger I purchased.

Do not do business with these people.
