Quick and professional
The most professional website selling the product I needed, which is difficult to find. The best price, too. Reliable and reasonably priced 48hr delivery was also key.
Some additional feedback is to look at the website design as the header doesn't always minimize so the detail you want to scroll through is only visible on 1/3 of the screen, which is especially annoying during the checkout process.

Needles telephone order
Matteo was short staffed on the day and could not answer the phone, but as soon as he saw my missed call he called me straight back(i live in Gibraltar). He dealt with my order quickly, professionally and efficiently and called me back to sort out payment and send the order.
