Active Heating & Renewables Ltd Omdömen

I had read the online reviews about this company and they were all very good, so I gave them a call. I only had a small repair job to do, but Tom arrived on time and replaced a leaking pipe within an hour. This is the first time I have used this company, but I would call them again and would also recommend them.

Have used these guys a few times now and always prompt, polite and efficient. At the most recent service they diagnosed a fault with the boiler enabling me to then claim from W Bosch to get it fixed - very helpful.

I had the annual service and a small leak attended to. Everything happened on time and seemed very efficient.

Servicing of boiler and installation of new external garden tap. Very responsive and good work.

Excellent tradesmen, Tom & his team have done a lot of work at my house , fitted a new boiler. Rads . Cooker , I highly recommend them, they are always polite & approachable very good service.

Thanks Tom!

Good work, quick response, good experience.

The plumber turned up within the hour and fixed the problem.Very efficient.Would highly recommend this company.

Great experience, friendly engineers that filled us with confidence. They really knew their job and worked really hard to get the job done with as little interruption to us as possible. Tom came round initially to quote for the job, I had an estimate the next day and his team came to install the boilers a week later. We had a few minor issues with leaking toilets but they were fixed as a good will gesture, and I am eternally grateful. I know who I will be going to in future for all plumbing and heating work. Thanks Tom.

Tom and his team fitted a new boiler for us, they provided a friendly and efficient service. They went above and beyond to rectify some complex issues. I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly, profetional and quick service. Definitely recommended.

Really great service. Efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend :)

My old oil fired boiler water jacket developed a leak and a new boiler was required. The Company that normally serviced the boiler confirmed that a new boiler was the only option but they left me with water still coming out all over the floor. They couldn't drain the system down as they were" not allowed to". I called Tom for an estimate on a new boiler he responded very promptly and when he arrived at my home, he had no problem in draining down the system whilst the other company stood and watched. The estimate for the boiler soon arrived and I was happy with the amount quoted. The work was carried out soon after and Tom and his team did an excellent job of getting us up and running including sorting out some siting problems with the condensate pump. His team were helpful, cheerful and very tidy. We will certainly use them again.

Despite three unforeseen problems my bath was replaced by a walk-in shower and the finished result is lovely ... with no problems. Everyone involved was careful and friendly: I thoroughly recommend Active Plumbing and Heating.

We’ve had very good service from Active Heating. They’ve changed my boiler to a combi boiler which meant lots of alterations to the system. At the same time they’ve installed a digital shower. I also had a leak from my bath taps before they started on the main jobs which they came early and fixed for me.

I’d done lots of research to work out what I wanted. Tom came round initially to work out what I needed and he obviously knew what he was doing and understood what I wanted. I was happy that he was advising products that were suitable for what we needed.

All of them have done a great job. They’ve made things neat and have left my kitchen looking good with the pipes hidden as well as inside the carousel cupboard that needed to be taken apart and the back removed. Everything works properly and I’m very pleased with what they’ve done.
