My return was confirmed delivered…
My return was confirmed delivered Monday yet it’s now Friday and I have still not received the funds back despite paying for return postage and having £5 deducted for processing fee’s nothing seems to be being processed

We can confirm that your return was received and that your refund was processed promptly once it had been checked and approved. As outlined in our returns policy, refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear back in the original payment account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Always sceptical about websites and instagram pages like this but Active Clo have been great.

Don’t be sceptical. There are so many dodgy websites out there selling similar clothes to this one. I’ve been done over before and ordered stuff that never arrived. These guys Sent out the order straight away and I received it 2 days later. Really happy and I’ll deffo be using these guys again.
