Ordered ring doorbell and chime through blue light app over a week ago. They keep saying it will be delivered but still no sign of my parcel. The tracking number on the delivery company app isn’t even the correct one! I’ve even changed it to be delivered to a local shop but still not arrived after them saying it’s out for delivery. Can only contact through email. Going to try and claim money back through my bank now! So wish I d gone with a genuine company and not tried to get discount. Sometimes you have to pay for quality. This company is a shambles, no product and no signs of any refund or apologies. DO NOT USE THEM

What a waste of time. I have spent all afternoon and cannot find a portal name that is acceptable
. I have tried every combination of numbers and letters. Unless you can create a portal, it won’t let you go any further. It says you can do this at a later stage, but there is no way to close the window.
I have tried it on my PC , mobile device and their app.

Ordered a ring doorbell 10 days ago and still no doorbell
Ordered a ring doorbell via Blue light card on the 10th August. On the 12th they took money out if my account, and I received a confirmation of order email. It is now 20th August. I have had no further information and when I rang up to query, there was none to take the call - please leave a message. As yet I have had no return phone call
Not really 14 days money back policy if you're unhappy with your purchase
Be very careful if you read they will refund you within 14 days of the purchase if you are not happy with it....product must be unused and still in packaging. My product is unused but I only realised it wasn't fit for purpose when I tried to set it up. Now I've got something that cost over £300 which I can't return and can't use.

I ordered a Tonie
I ordered a Tonie, for my grandson for his birthday, through the partnership with Activate on Demand and David Lloyd. The money was deducted straight away from my account. Over 3 weeks ago, the item has failed to be delivered. I get automated messages, advising me it will be delivered and I will be notified when it is with the courier… as yet …nothing. We have one very disappointed grandson on his birthday. Do not use this company.

I ordered a Panasonic breadmaker…
I ordered a Panasonic breadmaker through Lloyds Bank Everyday Offers. The item arrived damaged which I took photos of and sent them by email straight away. The machine was collected 2 days later by UPS which I was not expecting and it was only by chance we were in as nobody had told us it would be collected. When I enquired when will we receive a refund I was told it is being investigated by UPS! I have requested my money to be returned per my Consumer Rights. They are ignoring this. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH LLOYDS BANK AND PANASONIC FOR PARTNERING WITH THIS APPAULING ORGANISATION

I ordered a breadmaker through the the bank which was a good deal. The item arrived damaged which I took photos of and sent them by email straight away. After several emails the machine was collected 6days later by UPS and it was only by chance we were in as nobody had told us it would be collected. When I enquired when will we receive a new machine I was told the process can take 30-60 days! I have requested my money to be returned as they are not fulfilling their part of the contract. They are ignoring this. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THEM

Do not order ring doorbell through bank !
Ordered a ring doorbell pro off this company through a link on Lloyds Bank Everyday Offers. Had email saying it was on the way through UPS. Called UPS and Activate OnDemand had recalled it (apparently). After several emails (telephone number is NEVER answered), I'm still waiting nearly a month on for something I have ordered and paid for.
Told them I think it's a scam and they replied saying We assure you it isn't a scam.
Next step is to contact Lloyds Bank as it was ordered through a deal on their app.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Lo and behold, I've received it but still haven't had the label to return despite numerous emails, everytime they respond it seems to be a stalling email. AVOID AVOID AVOID
Update: been over 2 weeks since item has been delivered, still no returns label or collection arranged and no idea when this will be resolved!

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. Have emailed multiple times to contact them for 4 ring cameras ordered which they have told me delivered their response says 24 to 48 hours but is much longer if at all unless you rechase. Never received or signed for them. Customer service response when do get it is really unhelpful. Trusted company as was through Halifax cash back yet just shows can never be too sure. Use at own peril but my advice is stay clear! Have gone through bank to reclaim money.
No way to contact anyone
I got the physio massage gun that I ordered which was actually fine however wanted to return. No response to emails and no contact number to speak to anyone. Will probably just keep it now.

Just don’t go there!!!
Fooled by the credibility of endorsement by Santander and a 50% discount on a smart watch for my husband for Father’s Day from the kids. Ordered on 11 June, no ability to track or view updates on my order resulted in sending an email help ticket to which I have replied twice so far asking for an update only to be told there has been a delay which will be resolved this week. No further information forthcoming but now not convinced it will even arrive before his birthday next week but they have had the best part of £100 from me!
Wish I had checked the reviews of this company and the watch beforehand!
Will try one more time before attempting to cancel my order and share my concerns with Santander regarding their endorsement as a Santander Boost. Thankfully paid on my Amex so may have some recourse but does leave me at square one for a gift needed in the next 5 days!!!
Poor service and even poorer communication
Activate on Demand is so hard to reach. Extremely poor communication and they take ages to deliver product and communication is by email only. Unlike Amazon or EBay there is no web presence to check status of orders. All communication is by email. Will never use this extremely poor company with poor service again. They are analogue in a digital age.
Hopeless company PLEASE AVOID
Bought Veho Kuzo Smart watch through Vodafone app, and its RRP was £499. I paid £99.95 and this was not worth it. Feels cheap and not worth £50 let alone the price I paid. How this company have can sell it for £500 shows what business they are running. I decided to return under their 14 day change your mind policy. Sent email and waited. This was back in December. I received information for courier to collect mid January, I packed it up and returned it that day. One month later no communication at all. After 10/11 emails, still no response. I raised dispute through the bank, as they can claim back the costs. 2 months later I have refund and I am happy knowing that I do not have to deal with this absolute joke of a company. Expensive, hopeless with zero customer focus. I’m glad it’s over. Please avoid them at all costs, stay well clear!

Took money. Nothing happened. I contacted them. Eventually they said product was out of stock and they would refund me. Three weeks later, still waiting for refund.

I purchased a Veho Kuzo Smartwatch from the Vodafone app for £99.95. When the watch came it was a very cheap looking watch considering the originally RRP is £499.95. I wanted to return the watch and Activate OnDemand sent a return link. There are 2 steps to return the watch. The first was successful but when I went to complete the 2nd stage it kept saying it couldn’t find my order. I then went on to email them several times asking them to send me a return form instead. This took 2 wks of endless emails before I got a reply. I then received the form and sent the watch back by DPD. The watch was delivered 3 wks ago and since then I’ve heard nothing. No refund or replies after more endless emails chasing this up. They now have the watch and my money which is theft. I will continue to pester them tirelessly until I get my money back and will take legal
Action if this isn’t resolved very soon. They are appalling and a total scam. I’m also going to contact Vodafone and see if I get any success from them, which I doubt. They haven’t heard the end of this and until I get my money back I shall be a dog with a bone and not let go of this. DO NOT EVER use these incompetent company unless you want your money taken and a huge amount of stress
