I joined Action Academy in the middle of a high-anxiety transition and life shift. So before joining Action Academy I had a few short term rentals and was trying to build an online business selling digital products but had kind of lost momentum and was going to give up and work towards acquiring a small business. My experience in Action Academy has been invaluable. I’ve been able to step outside the bubble of my current profession and learn from knowledgeable peers specializing in diverse asset classes. Since joining AAC, I’ve been building a land-flipping business from my home office. Although I never thought I’d pick land flipping, after working backward from my vision, it made the most sense. THE VISION IS KEY! I became so clear-minded about what I wanted and how to get there. So I dove in and connected with great people like Brian Desmaris, who helped me when I first started in land, and people like Mason Miranda, who gave great business and networking advice when it came to how to utilize the AAC community and get the most out of it.

The biggest asset in AAC is the people in it. If you connect with enough people and find ways to help each other, the possibilities are endless. I honestly can’t wait to see where I am in a year from now, two years from now, and so on.

I’ve been doing land flipping while working my W-2 for about three months, and I have one deal fully completed and sold with a net profit of $22K (paid back the Action Academy cost in one deal). I also have four other deals in the pipeline that are being closed this month and next that are supposed to net about $102K in profit. Additionally, 25% of that $102K will be distributed to my capital partners, so I’ve made other people money in the process. HOW WE GOT TO THIS POINT SO QUICKLY, I DON’T KNOW!

My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner. I knew about Action Academy for about two years before I joined. I joined actin academy on September 13th, 2025 and today is 1/30/26. Before joining Action Academy, I had only started companies and bought franchises with varying degrees of success. Get into rooms like this one where your dreams are the norm and keep out the naysayers.

Ive bought 3 businesses via partnership via action academy. Two kitchen hood cleaning companies, and one northern lights tour company in alaska! Also fully raised the funds for my boutique hotel 100% within the community.

I’ve been in Action Academy and it feels different from most mentorship programs because it actually pushes you to move. There’s a strong bias toward setting big goals, sharing them publicly with the community and taking action. People are building, buying, raising capital, and sharing what’s working and what’s not in real time.

Brian Luebben sets a clear tone. Take responsibility, tell the truth about where you are, and do the work. There’s no hype and no pretending that mindset without action gets results. You’re expected to show up prepared, take feedback, and apply it.

What makes the program most valuable is the community. Members openly share numbers, deals, and lessons learned while they’re still in the middle of it. Members can find business partners and get relevant coaching from people doing the same type of projects. That kind of honesty and access is hard to find and it speeds up your learning curve.

This is not a program you passively consume. If you engage, ask questions, and execute, Action Academy can be a real accelerator. If you sit on the sidelines, it won’t do much for you.
