Booking confirmations were prompt

Booking confirmations were prompt and accurate. No back-and-forth needed. We were cautious going in, but the transparency made the decision easier. We are grateful for the professionalism and responsibility.

The pricing was clear and the support team walked us through it without any confusion.

SCAM

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE. PERIOD. These people are the worst because nothing they say is true, literally. Coral (who we dealt with) puts on a great show, talking about her family, her grandchild, dogs, etc. Really, she deserves an Emmy.....Whoever runs this company is a spawn of Lucifer. I can't help but thinking about another woman (single) who purchased when we did so she could travel with her grandchildren. I can assure you, I'll go to the ends of the earth trying to get reimbursed. We have yet to been provided with a copy of what we signed and certainly saw nothing prior to signing. I live here in FL and will research every possible option to get them shut down! DO NOT BE STUPID LIKE WE WERE. How on earth do you sleep at night knowing you're scamming people all day? Truly! I hope each employee has the day you deserve.

ACS vacation did not deliver

My mom was targeted on Zoom by a company called Alpha Capital Solutions (website: acsvacations.com). They gave her a high-pressure sales presentation promising up to 60% discounts on travel — hotels, flights, the works. She paid $6,000 on February 23, 2026 for a membership.
When she tried to actually use the service to book travel, the platform could not deliver the options they promised. The deals weren't there. She got nothing of value for $6,000.
What makes this worse: My mom has cancer. She is seriously ill and they still pressured her into this on a Zoom call.

Communication was good, but I had to ask a few more questions to be sure I understood everything. Not a bad experience, but I needed a little more information.

If I could give them a zero

If I could give them a zero, I would. Fraudulent practices. Scam Artist BEWARE. You get sucked into a sales presentation with promises of free cruise with airfare. Just look at reviews. When you try to contact them after the presentation, emails bounce back. You can try calling the membership services number, but they recognize your phone is tied to them, meaning you already went to the presentation. No one is available, even though, you spoke to 6 different people the day of the presentation. Text messages unanswered, emails bounce back, phone calls ignored. When I did finally get someone on the phone, she was unprofessional. She answered as Dawn; when I asked for her name at the end of the call, she said Valerie. When I called her on that, she was downright nasty. Spelled out her name "V A L E R I E, please do not refer to me as Dawn. When I asked for her last name, she said, "I don't have one." They are shady. Buyer BEWARE!

Complimentary Cruise and Airfare With A Cost

The company sends out mailings offering "complimentary" cruises with "complimentary" airfare for participating in a "focus group". The implication is that you will receive the cruise and the travel for FREE. It's not a focus group to gauge reaction to questions. It's a sail presentation. Eventually, after surviving the sail presentation and jumping through several hoops afterwards, you receive a packet of information where you learn that to receive your "complimentary" cruise and airfare, you need to pay an "Activation" fee and a "Booking" fee to a third-party broker for the cruise and for the flight. The total of the fees would equal a significant portion of the cruise cost and of the airfare. There is nothing free or complimentary involved in the transaction. This is fraudulent marketing. Beware.

Our promotional invitations are intended to offer a complimentary cruise and airfare incentive, however, as outlined in the terms and conditions, there are required activation, booking, taxes, and processing fees associated with redeeming those offers. These are standard within the travel industry for promotional incentives and are disclosed during the process and within the redemption materials.

We also want to clarify that the event is a sales presentation, not a traditional focus group, and we do aim to communicate that upfront so guests can make an informed decision before attending.

That said, we recognize your concern regarding how the offer was perceived, and your feedback is valuable. We are continuously working to improve how we present and explain these promotions to ensure greater clarity and transparency from the beginning.
