I was having issues with DPD delivery so contacted Acre and they were excellent. I dealt with Beth via WhatsApp and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Despite the problem being with DPD Acre were happy to help and went above and beyond to help resolve the situation

Acre customer service always go above and beyond, none more so than today when a delivery failed to arrive. Natalie sorted everything out for pre 12 delivery tomorrow without me having to request or chase it up. I have been kept updated via WhatsApp so I know what’s happening. After having delivery issues due to the snow I contacted Acre who were extremly helpful and provided excellent customer care. In particular Nat who went above and beyond to rectify the issues and provided excellent communication throughout. What a lovely member of staff and a credit to the company.
