Great shop if you have no idea what you need just take a list of games the kids want to play and they will advise you

Got a gaming PC just before the pandemic from these guys still working well but my son wanted an upgrade for newer games, Even though the first one we got was almost 5 years old they still gave us the option of trade in or upgrade. When the guy in store gave us the prices it worked out cheaper to trade in so he recommended that. He could have got more money but gave us advice to save us money.

Never had an issue with this shop. Always fixed issues with my laptop in a timely manner and had no problems with extra bits and bobs off them. Had to replace a screen on a laptop very quick turn around.

I have had a great experience dealing with the team here now for over 5 years not only do they offer some of the best pricing and products in the market but can honestly say they go above and beyond for their customers. Keep up the good work x

Didn’t purchase, went in for some advice, the guy seemed stressed and overworked (which I get, me too) The advice he gave in about 30 hurried stressful seconds, seemed sound, but it was a big purchase (for me, not him) but he couldn’t get me out the door quick enough, I literally had my bank card in my hand. After research, including his brief annoyed advice, I ended up purchasing from a supplier in Manchester (for twice my anticipated spend) It felt more stress free, and made the big purchase of our 1st PC more of a chilled experience. Would have liked to have bought in a shop in Liverpool.

1st and only ever review on Trust Pilot, never been to Wakefield and ‘checking camera’ sounds a bit meh.

Poor quality PC. Bought a gaming PC specifically for Fortnite and it’s terrible even with the most basic settings. Very jerky and slow to respond. Their help desk keeps refusing to engage and they refuse to accept returns! Should have read the other review!

Always great service, reinstalled my son's steam account for free after he accidentally deleted it. We've had a few pcs for the lads from Keith and they are always happy to help. We recommend them 100 percent

Ordered the PC on Wednesday. Instant communication confirming specs and timescales. Delivery was made evening on a Friday night with phone confirmation. Lady who delivered it was excellent. The PC itself… absolutely incredible. I don’t think you will find a better priced set up for what you get inside. Absolute 10/10. Thank you!!

I have been watching many locale PC shops to look at getting a top end PC for a while. ACPCS and another stuck out to me.

I first contacted them via Facebook to ask a few questions, which was answered in a professional timely manor.

So next I went into the shop and a guy called Keith was their on his own. As my request was a bespoke PC hi-end build I did let some other shop customers jump in front of me. But it became quickly clear that more just kept entering the shop. Lucky for me the owner of the shop was called in and we worked through a list of what I wanted and some recommendations. He also did me a deal.

I normally buy a PC that last me years. Last one I had for 14 years and kept upgrading it myself. So I wanted very high-end so I knew it would last (at least for a while)

The build was completed by Keith and I picked it up the following weekend. I can now run all games on ultra settings and also I work from home so the PC has improved the speed of my applications and meeting streams.

I can not recommend them enough. My experience was very positive.

Purchased a PC, Faced constant issues like: Bluescreens right out from the box, a ton messages to the support gave 0 help. Even sent back the PC as RMA to get a refund but they deny any issues and deny the refund.
PC came back but now instead of Bluescreens the system just freezes without any errors. Support says it's the user-end problem and can't do anything with it.

Bought a Laptop for working from home and the shop spent ages with me helping me, can’t thank them enough.

Just got upgrades on the PCs we bought in lockdown as the kids wanted the newest graphics card things . The guy in the shop was really helpful and even gave us trade in on the parts we already had. More companies need to to trade ins.

Have being using them for years, great communication and builds are fantastic my son is very happy!

The support is second to none. Answered emails very quickly when we needed advice.
I didn’t buy my pc from there but they were still helpful and I will be going back for an upgrade.

Only a small store but big range of Gaming PCs inside, we have been buying ours here for years.

Great shop really helpful. Walked away with a bargain for the son. Will be back next week to upgrade my own!

Really fast service and fast gaming pc. We ordered on the Friday morning and it came Friday night (their local driver) can’t fault the pc or the service. My son is over the moon.

Just used these today as I found I could just drop in and pick up a PC and take it away there and then in Liverpool. How cool is that - I really needed to replace a broken one, so dropped in and bought a top spec PC from them.

They have several pre-built across a good price range and are happy to add a few extras there and then whilst you wait (I added another SSD's).
Only place in Liverpool you can do this.

Shop isn't flash, but don't let that put you off as there isn't the hard sell for an outdated PC you get in a chain store I can think of.

They also offer a 1 year parts and labour, and 3 year parts warranty - can't think of anyone you get that off these days.

Worth dropping by.
