Avoid at all costs!
I ordered some acoustic panels to go in a new office space. I had not heard anything back for a while after ordering and after chasing via email I was told that the factory had closed for their annual 2-week shut down. My order was placed on the 4th August and on the 13th I was told that the earliest they could deliver was 27th August. I expressed how disappointed I was at the service and still had to chase for a response. I was given a fairly generic response and not much of an apology. I then chased when it didn't actually arrive on the 27th and was told it would actually be the 28th. Again, no apology for that further delay or proper response or apology when I expressed how disappointed I was - not even an offer to refund £30 delivery fee which lets be honest, takes the mick given the delivery timeframe. Avoid at all costs!

Regrettably, there was an error in our system during the period when you placed your order, which inadvertently allowed orders to be processed when our website should not have been accepting them. This system glitch resulted in your order taking longer to deliver than our standard lead time.
Typically, all our products are made to order with a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks. Due to the unexpected system error, your order experienced a one-week delay, resulting in a total delivery time of 4 weeks. We completely understand how frustrating this delay must have been for you, and we are truly sorry for any inconvenience it caused.
Please rest assured that we have taken steps to prevent this issue from happening again in the future. We value your custom and would like to offer our sincere apologies once more. Ordered 4no suspended circular ceiling…
Ordered 4no suspended circular ceiling panels. It took a little longer to receive than expected and I did have to chase. But that was the only negative. The delivery process was good, goods well packaged, easy to install and an excellent product. Will use again
