So I placed an order on January 1. I didnt hear anything about my order being shipped for 2 weeks. Tracking number lead to nowwhere. Notice on FB that ACROP-STYLE had an in AD made a comment about my delayed order and they sent me a message through messenger. They responded within a day and gave me the correct tracking order. I recieved one of my orders from USPS on Jan 18. 2024. The next one is expected to arrive in a few days. So my four star is because they addressed the issue and I recieved my items. So if you are seeing an AD from them in FB reply. "Were is my order, tracking number goes nowhere" include your order number. They followed on my FB comment in messenger. And asked for order number and resolved my issue. Hope this help those who are having the same issue I dealt with 🙏

1/18 BEWARE - They’ll take your money and won’t send you the product. Ordered 12/24 and have yet to receive. Only way to contact is via email.

1/23 Update: finally received the product and it’s straight up trash. Like someone sewed thin material together. Looks nothing like the pics. Do not, I repeat do not patronize this company. You will be sorely disappointed. I’m trying to help you save your money.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered two items. Did not receive tracking notice or delivery notice of the items. The first item just appeared with a first name and USA return address. The item came after the date promised. When received it came with no tags, wrong size, cheap material, not as advertised, and no info as to how to return. When the company was notified they did not respond until I submitted a dispute requesting a refund. They never notified me that they no longer had the second item in stock. They are a Chinese company that can ship to USA for low cost, but requires the USA customer to ship their cheap product for what is almost twice the amount paid, back to China.

I placed an order from this company and paid for expedited shipping to receive my order within 5-8 business days. They don't tell you how long it takes to process orders which isn't included in the shipping time. This gives them the opportunity to take as long as they would like to send your items. I received a tracking number which isn't a working tracking number since its too many digits and no response to my email sent to them.
Do not order from this company as you will never see your money or your items. I placed my order on 12/31/23 today is 1/15/24.

This company is not right. They don't communicate. I sent several emails and got no replies. I ordered in December and have no idea if they are sending my items or not.

BUYER BEWARE! I placed an order for 3 suits on 12/17/23 with an advertised 8-15 day shipping. As of today I have received one of the original suits that I ordered and one that I did not order. The third is still in transit. They did however refund me the cost of the wrong suit that they sent. Horrible business practices!! I really wish that I had read the reviews first!

Second suit never came and when I requested a refund 5 days ago the company has refused to respond. Now in addition to being poor business people they are THIEVES! Cost of refund should have been approximately $45.00!!!

This company is a scam!! The products are nothing like the pictures and they refuse to pay for returns which pretty much guarantees they keep your money because it costs upwards of at least $75 to ship anything back to them in China!! I sent them pictures of and the description they included on their site showing they were different and they offered me a 10% discount to keep the garment (which I never ordered and was poor quality) or they said I could send it back. I refused the discount because I was not going to agree as if I was satisfied with the crappy garment. Then when I left a review it never showed up on their site! So you can’t even warn people there of what their experience will be. SCAMMERS FOR SURE!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress on 12/22/23 and haven’t received it yet! I sent an email inquiring about the email and got a reply stating that I would receive an email with tracking information. The email used poor English, so that gave me pause! I’ll see if I a response from my recent email! I will be requesting a refund if my order is not received by 1/10/24.

If I could give this company a zero star I would. First of all I ordered 4 Christmas 2023 dresses and of course they didn't arrive by Christmas. When they finally arrived, the Sizes were wrong, the garments workmanship were extremely poor....sewing issues and threads left and right of the dresses. I email them for a return label, they just gave me a Chinese address to return to and that I should pay for the return costs. I mean just horrible customer service. Never again will I buy from their site and I am going to report them to BBB. I wish the government can shut this site down so people wouldn't fall victims. DO NOT SHOP AT ACORPSTYLE.COM. THEY ARE NOT GOOD AT ALL! IT IS A HEADACHE. I HOPE THEY WILL REFUND MY MONEY!

Can I give negative stars??? Buyer beware, the company is a sham! First the company states they're located in NY, this is false- it's actually a Chinese company which takes over a month to ship. Second, the product is not as described on the site. Cheap looking, horrible sewing, bad materials. And finally, their website is not up to date, the products listed is not what available for shipping and they will not accept returns AAAAND they try to double charge you for items!!! No no no... don't even risk it.

I wish no stars was an option to write a review and I wish I had read them before placing an order. NEVER AGAIN!!! Their return procedures are BS. I paid $89.78 to expedite an order I needed for an event. They said 5-8 business days. It came a week later. Now they want me to pay $45 to ship back to China when I paid $12.99 to expedite from New Jersey. PayPal is no help either!!! I am hella mad 🤬 and will NEVER order from this company again. No where on their website do they say you must return items back to CHINA. I asked for a return label and of course they don’t supply that. I did pay $45 to ship this crap back because I’d rather lose some money on this transaction than let this unscrupulous company keep a dime of my money. Subpar service and merchandise from a subpar company in CHINA. Do not believe the aesthetics on their website. Save your money and order from reputable companies in the US. All that glitters is not gold. 🤨

Update: 02/10/2024
Received my refund from PayPal on 1/30/2024. Mailed product back to China on 12/28/23. Tracking said cleared customs in China 1/8/24. Tracking also said held in customs 1/9/24 and never updated. I asked PayPal why I needed to wait any longer for my refund. They finally refunded on 1/30/24. Please do not order anything from this scamming company. Subpar merchandise and subpar customer service from a subpar company in a subpar country. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Horrible shipping! I paid for expedited shipping and my order still came a month later. I have to pay to return the items to China! Ridiculous.

This company took my money, I cannot find out where my order is! I just got a response by messenger that it takes 10-15 days but it is hinging on 25 days for me. I so wanted to believe the items would come, but in my heart and now in my bank account I know it's a fraud.

This company is shady. I made a purchase on 11/07/23, still haven't received my order. Emailed "Amy" customer disservice, who keeps asking me to be patient, she cannot tell me when I should expect my order.
I reached out to PayPal. Please do NOT spend your money with this company. It's a scam

This place is horrible. Bad customer service. I ordered a dress on November 17th, 2023 and I still have not received it. It is now December 11th, 2023. How am I waiting for a dress for over 20 days. This is crazy and unacceptable. I want a refund and I will never order from them again. They have garbage material and terrible service. I am disappointed in this company.

I order 4 dresses from this company in October 2023 I have received one December 7,2023. The dress is paper thin I have contacted the seller by email on several occasions and she stated what I order was out of stock because of popular demand. She said I could choose some other dresses in the same price range I have yet to receive them. Please don't order from this company big scammers

Horrible will NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN. Bought an outfit for $80.00 , The outfit was size wrong and to ship back was $300.00 , they only offered me $9.00... DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER... Horrible
