Since they became my landlord nothing is too much trouble for them. They came in and ripped out and replaced both kitchen and bathroom to such a high spec. Any problems they are happybto worknwith you to resolve them. 10 out of 10 landlords

Stellar property management solutions, sorted!
ACOM Property is more than your high street lettings agent - they are an all round investment property management services company. And I mean all round!
ACOM Property has managed my investment property for the past couple of years and I cannot rate them highly enough. I have personally dealt with Simon Ruocco and he guided every step of the way. Even before I had completed the purchase of the property, he had arranged for builders to assist me with renovations I had intended to do on the house, marketing of the property, sourcing of the tenant, management of the property, seamless communication across the entire tenancy agreement process etc - all for a fraction of what your high street letting agents would typically charge.
I am currently in the process of getting new tenants, and Simon, and the wider ACOM team have smoothly handled the process - i hardly even have to lift a finger.
Very satisfied landlord here and if you want stellar lettings agent service, sensible fees and all round peace of mind, don’t bother looking elsewhere - ACOM Property is the one.
