Great car nice staff affordable price
Having compared the price of a 7seaters and found here is much cheaper. The car is a Isuzu, very new and in perfect condition. Donna is very nice and professional. Definitely will come back again.

Looting money from customer fuel
When I took the car for rental, fuel was 75 percent. The lady out there told me when I return the car fill it upto 75 percent, and I informed her it is not possible to fill upto 75 percent exactly.
I returned the car with 100 percent fuel and requested lady for refund for 25 pecent fuel extra fuel that I filled and the lady denied.

Dear Arun, We regard criticism of our services as feedback for improvement. However, your feedback does not state the facts and it uses a foul language. Let me summarise your rental process for you. You wanted to rent a cheap car and you were told at the time of issuing the car that it has 3/4 fuel and you are required to return it at same level. Like to like. If you decide to return the fuel more than what you took, we do not have any system to return the extra fuel to you.
And if you read our fuel policy, which you signed up on contract, it states clearly that you return the car with the same fuel level that you took. We regret the choice of your language and wish you well. Regards, Team Ace Rent A Car

All staff were very helpful and friendly with finalising my booking, checking the vehicle both before and after hiring, sorting out payments and bond return, providing shuttle services to and from the airport, and very understanding about all aspects of my experience.
