One of the easiest and best service minded company I have ever worked with.
We have ordered two displays from Ace Exhibits and it as been a complete pleasure.

I always receive great service and they take the time to answer all questions. The final product is of excellent quality.

I was working on a pull-up banner and a backdrop (two separate orders), that were both designed by one of my Company's suppliers and THEIR graphic artist. They were out of the country while I was trying to get this finalized, and it was getting difficult to get my contact to respond in a timely fashion, and we were running out of time to get this completely finalized and approved.

First we were having issues with pixelated pictures, and fuzzy edges, but since it wasn't giving me that exact explanation when I would upload the artwork, I specifically asked for clarification, and that's what I was told, so i sent it back to my contact, and we were able to get that fixed, after a couple of tries.

And then we were having color issues, so I asked Adam C. if he would be so kind as to adjust the color on one of the files to what he felt was more appropriate (we use a very dark blue for all our files, but he was concerned it would print very purple instead of blue), and I explained why, and he did the adjustment for us! And on the second file, my Vendor contact was able to change the bulk of the file, but left our logo alone, and since she matched to our logo it was going to be problematic, so again I asked if he would be so kind as to adjust just the logo color, and again he did that as well.

I was blown away by each person who worked with me at this company, Zenos A., Brian A., and Adam C. All of them are so very helpful and responsive, and it really made something that could have been very frustrating and tear inducing into an almost painless process (the pain came on my side no fault of Ace).

Thank you once again everyone for the quick and seamless service. Our Backdrop looked AMAZING at the trade show it was used at. And I'm probably going to need another one for our other frame sometime soon.

I love Ace Exhibits. They are a first rate company that I have used for YEARS and YEARS. Their customer service is the best, and I have never had any issues with their ability to answer questions to my satisfaction. The more questions I pose, the more helpful they become. If you want to get it right, just call their customer service line, and they'll straighten out any supply chain or art related issue you have.

Quick and easy. Staff were very helpful with design and getting my order out on a rush and answering all my questions.

We have utilized Ace the last three years with new booth fixtures, backdrops and design. Every time they have come thru for us. Cost competitive with a supportive, friendly staff. We will be back when the time comes for a new look.

I cannot say enough good things about every single person I have ever encountered. I work in the Tradeshows and Events department of a large Bio-Tech and sometimes the graphics can be complicated. Ace has never had a problem.
