Ordered 2 presents which were obviously for Mother's Day. Both even said Mother's Day on them! I used this company because of the 4-6 day delivery promise, and ordered with 10-days to spare. They didn't even dispatch the parcel until the day before Mother's Day! So, thanks for that! That's my wife's day ruined! Won't ever use you again

The product itself is lovely, however, having bought on 1st and paying for a 4-6 day delivery window, it took 13 days to arrive. Communication from them is very bad, Two emails sent and ignored, which only heightened the worry that it wouldn't arrive. As I said the product itself arrived and is lovely. Which is why I've given 3 stars but if they want to improve their score here maybe be honest about delivery times and/or communicate with customers better.

Nice product which has now arrived. But communication from this company is terrible and needs improving! Ordered on 28th Feb with the 4-6 day delivery option which I paid £3.95 for. Wasn’t even dispatched until 9th March looking at the tracking. I have sent two separate emails that have been completely ignored and still awaiting responses.

If I could rate this no stars I would ! Ordered 1st March for Mother’s Day gift now 9th and I’ve emailed twice asking about delivery and zero contact Fuming

Believe all the other bad reviews for this ‘company’. Small business where all contact is ignored. I was sent the wrong sized item, which is personalised, was asked to return it, even though they can’t resell the item. Now being ignored.

I ordered from this company on 7th December, expecting it to easily arrive in time for Christmas, as a present. Still hasn’t even been dispatched. Have emailed the company twice, no reply - do not order from them!

No order arrived, money taken not shipped or any response from seller.

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS!! I bought a t-shirt in January 2025 which arrived wonky & was awful. I had to return it at my own expense & still not received a refund 9 months later, after chasing constantly! Utterly awful lot!! 🤬

Do not use this company. Theft and fraud is their company value.

Send wrong size item, return it and then don't get correct item, ignored all forms of contact!!!

I had ordered some items as a surprise gift and needed them by a particular date - 10 days later. Very poor communication from the outset which caused a great deal of stress. I offered to pay extra postage to ensure timely delivery but was told there was no need and yet the items ended up being posted the day before they were needed, 9 days later. Shocking customer service.

Disgusting. Profiteering from the death of two footballers. Selling unlicensed T-shirts!! Poor lads not cold and this heartless company selling T-shirts with his image on

The company email is a yahoo.co.uk email.
They can’t even pay for a proper domain, just lets you know that this is not a serious company.!!
DO NOT BUY from them.!!

Ordered a t-shirt from this company as I recognised the name. Once purchased I decided to look at the reviews and instantly regretted it. However, literally 12 hours after googling I have received my package and am so happy with it. Looking back at my old emails I realise this is my third purchase from this company, all for fathers days, and we have been really happy with them all.

Ordered three items w express delivery (2-3 days) on Sunday night, wanting the items in time for the following Sunday (Mother’s Day).

Thought to myself, let’s check the reviews on TrustPilot after the order and was appalled when I saw the average review was soo low. Checked Facebook and saw a different story with 34.5k likes, so decided to stick with the order.

By Wednesday i was nervous with no order received, so I sent an email on Thursday asking for an update - no reply (thus no 5 stars). Fortunately the day after, I received a Royal Mail package tracking email saying the items would be delivered on Saturday.

Package received!! Phew.

To all the doubters, they do deliver. I gave 4 stars because of the lack of response to my email. That being said, it would’ve been a busy week given the lead up to Mother’s Day.

Ordered a gift bag with my wife’s name on, sent a bag with the wrong name and will not reply to any emails! Absolute scam artists, applied for a refund through the bank, avoid at all costs!!

Do not recommend this company. No response to numerous emails sent . Quality really bad and so small ! The pockets don’t even got a mobile phone in they are that small . Have had to raise the issue with PayPal as they jsut ignore you

Paid express delivery and received and received over a week later! Contacted the company to ask for a refund on express delivery and they have failed to respond to any messages avoid this seller.

This is a scammer business - you will not receive any product and will receive no responses from your communications.

You have to give a rating and really didn’t want to even give 1… SCAM ALERT!! Absolutely disgusting reading all the reviews….. I’m over a month from ordering… Nothing will get delivered!!!!!

I wish I had check review etc before ordering. I placed an order on 12th January with express delivery. Nothing arrived. When I emailed I got a response saying there was a problem with their suppliers which meant my delivery would be delayed by one week. I accepted this although it would have been nice to be told without having to chase it myself. Then on 21st I got an emailing saying it was sent for delivery. On checking tracking all it says is royal mail awaiting collecting. Royal mail has never received my items and despite several emails to the company I've have no items delivered or a refund both of which I have requested several times. Please avoid placing any orders with these guys as I'm now out of pocket with no signs or hopes of getting either the stuff I ordered or a refund.
