One of the best shopping experiences
I've been buying from Accolade Parfums since 2022 now and every time I recieve excellent customer service, in fact one of the best across the industry. Easy communication and super fast delivery. The range of brands they stock as well is incredible. Most are exclusives and I've actually discovered so many new brands and perfumes through Accolade Parfums. Definitely recommend anyone looking for niche and exclusive fragrances to check them out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ absolutely deserved.

Exceptional service and products!
I’ve been using Accolade Parfums for the past year and have been throughly impressed by the care and thought the owner shows , not only in the curation of the selection of niche Fragrances available for purchase , but also the care Anjam shows in her customer service , from complimentary samples and gifts , to hand written post cards with a thank you and a discount code . A lovely change from big corporations who take your money never to be seen again . Anjam makes buying a niche fragrance a positive , friendly and now familiar experience !
Another point about service , I recently purchased a bottle of my current favourite fragrance. Anjam informs me there’s a delay but due to the delay I could choose a 10ml bottle of my choice to tide me over while I’m waiting !
The 10 ml bottle arrived along with some dates. A lovely touch as I was observing Ramadan .
These gestures demonstrate the type of person Anjam is and why I will continue to support AccoladeParfums!
Thank you Anjam for all that you do and the care you show with your customers , it’s appreciated !
