J’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience avec Accnice.
Suite à un contact avec leur support pour un simple problème, mon compte a été supprimé sans aucune explication.
Actuellement, lorsque j’essaie de me connecter, le site indique que je n’ai aucun compte, ce qui est totalement faux.

⚠️ J’ai des preuves concrètes :

historiques de transactions prouvant que le compte existait

De plus, en consultant Trustpilot, je constate que je ne suis pas un cas isolé :
👉 plusieurs utilisateurs témoignent de mauvaises expériences similaires, comptes bloqués, fonds perdus et support inexistant.

Malgré mes tentatives, le support ne répond pas de manière sérieuse et ne propose aucune solution.

👉 Je demande clairement le remboursement total de mon argent (money back).
En l’état, je déconseille fortement cette plateforme : manque de transparence, absence de professionnalisme et pratiques très douteuses.

We do not support withdrawals This was their response when I told them I wanted my money back: "They are thieves."

This service is a complete scam. The accounts don’t work, and when you contact their support, they start insulting you and calling you stupid.

I purchased 12 Facebook accounts from accnice.com, and the experience was extremely disappointing. All accounts had serious issues:
• Passwords could not be changed.
• Accounts could not be added as moderators to other pages.

When I tried to contact them to resolve the issue or request a refund, they blocked me completely and refused to respond.

I have purchased many Facebook accounts before, managing over 65 pages with multiple moderators, and I have never faced such problems. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and customer support.

I strongly advise against buying from this website, as they do not respect their customers and provide no assistance when problems arise.

Such a scammy people who don't respect their clients, the worst thing that you can do is to buy from from these unethical people, on top of scamming me they also used profanity when talking to me and cursed me. Just run and don't buy from them

My experience with this platform was extremely disappointing. I purchased 6 accounts and then they all closed them after only 24 hours of using their service. I contacted them immediately to fix the issue or get a refund, but they completely ignored my messages. I contacted them several times through their Telegram channel and in the end I was banned. I purchased an ad account from this site, and within less than a day, it was disabled for no reason and without violating any Facebook policies. When I contacted support, they gave me a careless and outrageous response: “This is the risk of the market” — as if they take zero responsibility for the product they’re selling!

Even worse? They blocked me right after I demanded a refund or replacement. No support, no solution — just silence and a ban.

Their policies are one-sided and unfair, designed only to protect themselves, not the customer. They openly admit that their accounts are built on Facebook "vulnerabilities" and then blame you when things go wrong. That’s not business — it’s organized fraud.

💥 Avoid this site at all costs. Look for trusted providers and don’t fall into the same trap I did.

They are a scam they provided me with an account with a temporary email with no access and they refused to replace or refund within the warranty period #scammers

I reached out to Accnice customer support for assistance, and I was shocked by the response I received. Instead of providing help, the representative responded with “lol,” which is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend their customer service to anyone. I expected to be treated with respect, but this interaction left me feeling ignored and frustrated.

their facebook accounts are trash. it will get restricted . when you complain they will laugh at you. crazy business

Worthless service is the least we can say, zero customer support that doesn't provide any of the mentionned assistance nor service, I personnaly advise not to do business with them.

Most o the accounts they are sold me got blocked and or asked for phone verification.
I told the support it's understandable you can't refund me on what I already bought, but i still have money in my wallet I need you to send it back. And he kept sending me this policy picture that talks about another type of refund as an excuse.
And when i mentioned that it would be a seal bot to give back the rest of my wallet money he literally said: "I have never begged you to top up or asked you for any money, so don't say that"
That's what you will be dealing with.
