This is an absolutely TERRIBLE service. They lie, they take money and get almost pathetic results. I had to rate them a one star to write this review, but our company Darrow Group had an awful experience with AccessWire. We like working with companies that do what they say, charge a fair wage for a good service. This is not that, their service is absolute garbage. Its essentially a way to get money, nothing more.

They mislead me into buying Yahoo Finance and later claimed it is not guaranteed. Then what am I paying for?

All the newswires I have worked before guarantees the major publication which you actually pay for.

The staff will only inform about this after you have made the payment. I have worked with Nicole from their team and it was terrible experience

I paid for a press release in June, but they weren’t able to publish it, which I understood. However, instead of refunding me, they said the payment would remain as a credit for my next press release. That was fine with me.

At the end of September, I finally published a new press release, assuming it would be covered by the credit from June. But a few days later, I noticed that my credit card had been charged again. I figured it was a mistake and contacted support to request a refund.

It took them several days to respond, which was frustrating. When they finally did, they asked me to provide screenshots, which I did. After that, they completely stopped responding. I’ve followed up multiple times and even reached out to different support contacts, but never got a reply.

In the end, they charged me twice and ignored all my support requests. I feel like I got scammed.

We have been associated with Accessnewswire since 2021, mainly for PR publishing on well-known sites like Yahoo Finance and others. Initially, we expected a professional and reliable service since this is a serious industry, but over time our experience has only gone downhill.

The biggest problem is their lack of proper customer support. Whenever we raise a query or request assistance, their response is either extremely delayed or sometimes we don’t receive any reply at all. On several occasions, we had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple answer. For a company that deals with press releases and timely publications, this kind of delay is unacceptable.

Secondly, they don’t allow flexibility or changes. If we ask for a small edit or correction, they refuse to make it or simply say “it cannot be changed.” This shows no customer-centric approach and creates frustration, especially for clients like us who have been working with them for years.

Another major issue is their random policy and price changes. Without any proper notice or communication, they change how things work or suddenly increase prices. Customers are not informed in advance, which feels unfair and unprofessional. It clearly shows they are more focused on pushing sales rather than actually providing value or maintaining trust with their long-term clients.

We also noticed many glitches and inconsistencies in their system, but instead of fixing these issues, they ignore customer concerns. Even after sending emails, there are times when we never receive any response back from their side.

After years of working with them, our conclusion is that Accessnewswire only cares about sales and onboarding new customers. They do not value old clients, they do not offer proper support, and they do not maintain transparency in their policies.

Overall, the experience has been highly disappointing. For a PR distribution company, professionalism, communication, and support should be the top priorities, but sadly Accessnewswire has failed on all these fronts. We cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, long-term PR publishing services.

Our experience with Accesswire (Issuer Direct) has been profoundly negative. We initially engaged with them for what we explicitly understood—and were assured—was a one-time service. Despite clear and repeated communications declining any further services, Accesswire attempted to force an unsolicited renewal upon us, repeatedly issuing invoices and aggressively pursuing collection for a debt they themselves acknowledged was invalid.

Their representative explicitly confirmed in writing that the erroneous invoice would be voided, yet months later they have continued harassing us with threats of legal action and collection efforts. Their provided contact details are unreliable, with phone extensions either invalid or unanswered, making direct resolution attempts impossible.

We have found their business practices to be unethical, misleading, and indicative of bad faith. We strongly advise against using Accesswire for press releases or any related services. Companies that value honesty, professionalism, and peace of mind should avoid Accesswire at all costs.

We had a great experience with Accesswire. They were prompt, professional, and accurate with what they said they could do in getting our Sammy Davis Jr musical press release out to the press. We would highly recommend the team there for any public announcement one needs to make!

There’s definitely better. While the customer service is good, the reps are really just into sales and don’t really listen to the client. They also have issues with payment where they charge you more for no reason and a few other people I know had problems with them. I’d say there’s definitely a better and cheaper solution out there.

Extremely professional, prompt action, my account manager Mark is tops, I highly recommend them! If I had 3 thumbs I'd give them 3-thumbs up!

Fraud , bad poeple , bad service

Horrible communication with the team. Misleading information about where articles will be published. Charged card on file unnecessarily and without authorization

My press release did not get carried in any of the websites that are indexed on Google. Another newswire gives better results at less cost. Very disappointed!

Would leave 0 if that rating were possible. Total scam. Took money and never published our release. Use a trusted site like BusinessWire.

Not enough visibility after PR publication

Pros: media coverage is great, good deal of pricing
Cons: very bad of account management. Very insecured payment: they will ask you to send your credit card number and security code (CVV) via email???, who knows your credit card will be circulated in very unsafe way or be abused. Very frustrating with Accounting team, Nicholas (Customer Success Manager) due to very unprofessional manner of support. Hope you guys will improve to retain the customers and get more referral.
Miscommunication, misleading, no sync up between their internal team, one will share you this, otherone will say different things, very messy.

Overall quality is good, except the very insecured payment. Also, misleading and misguiding about monthly subscription plan. Contract's signed Aug 26 but account only be set up on Sept 3. We only have 3 weeks left to prep for PR and then they overcharge. Very disappointed to the fake promise and irresponsible support from Account team(Hailey) and customer success manager (Nicholas).
Please take your own risk when you deal with AccessWire.
