Nice hair slides, a good length, just what I was looking for as I've been looking for some for ages and hadn't been able to find, so a 1st time buyer on Accessorize for me. They were good value too, 3 for the price of 2, hope they will stand the test of time.

A versatile shoulder bag
The shoulder bag is very versatile. It has the shorter double straps or the adjustable single wider strap which will be useful if the bag is heavy or I'm wearing it for a long time. It can be worn on the shoulder or as an across the body bag. It is very useful having three compartments and an inner zip pocket as well. It is actually more roomier than it looks with the middle zipped compartment opening up quite wide.

Poor packaging
Although I love the fascinator and its colour, it arrived dented. It came in a plastic bag with a bit of bubble wrap. Nothing said “fragile” or “do not crush” For £65 I hoped for more protection. Will now have to take back into town for return

Sizing of sandals have changed for no reason
It wasn’t the experience, but the same sandals I have always bought every year have suddenly come up so small, both in width and length for no reason.
I never need wide shoes/ sandals, and as I buy them yearly, I know something has definitely changed with them! It’s frustrating when this happens, so now have to look elsewhere!

I did not receive my parcel
I did not receive my parcel. I received a text message to pick up my parcel from Evri. The parcel was not at the post office. I called accessorize and they told me, I must wait for 48 hours before I can get a refund.
