Excellent product- price and speedy service

I ask if a certain item was in stock but unfortunately it wasn't. I was told the item could be ordered that afternoon (Friday). I had an email Tuesday morning informing me the item was now at the shop and ready for collection

Order placed with 7 - 10 day lead time - available next day

You delivered what you promised. But the delivery time was slightly delayed. You were prompt in responding to my requests and queries

Good service and good quality

Great communication and price matched stock vs wait list. I collected in store and had friendly efficient service. Only negative would have been the traffic on the A46 had I been in a car! Seemed to have a decent amount of stock in store. Would’ve browsed longer if I’d had the time.
