I highly recommend Arcadent for anyone considering dental work abroad
I recently traveled to Turkey to have zirconium dental crowns fitted at **Acardent Dental Clinic**, and the experience was outstanding! From my initial inquiry via WhatsApp to the follow-up once I returned home, the communication was excellent. Traveling alone from the UK, I felt well-supported throughout the entire process. The team was highly professional and efficient, and the clinic's modern facilities made me feel confident I was in great hands. Plus, the treatment was *incredibly* affordable compared to UK prices. If you considering using Acardent- DON'T
If you considering using Acardent Turkey clinic, think about it one more time.
Management of the clinic will do absolutely everything to empty your pockets. Price growing up straight after you arrive Turkey. They will suggets you waist of time and journey cost. Hotel was poor, communication was poor as well.
Promising something,than changing mind and try to charge you more. On my example I have had 10 implants done and I regret I didn't turn away when they change my quote, when I was in the clinic. There is plenty of clinic in Antalya who would treat me much better. I overpaid and finish treatment with different clinic.
After threats that I will lose my warranty on implants what was given from producent for lift time, and try to fool me with explanations what I should and what I must. I found clinic who take responsibility for job what they done and finish treatment with 20 years warranty for crowns(Acardent give 10). Also they will try to charge you 100f for silicon night gard when it cost 9f on amazon 4x in one box. I would like to mention that clinic who finish my treatment give me them for free. I discous it with several customers: no one have had quote changed(in the clinic where I finish). With Acardent every single one who was in hotel have much higher quote than it was offered on the begining. Strongly advise to find different clinic if you consider to use this one. After all you end up with empty pockets and feeling that you been robbed.
About implants and my treatment I needed to buy all medicines when others give them after treatment for free. Implants still on place- thats good. Templary teeth were useless as the were not matching mu gum line and also hurts when I was trying to use them.
Overall I am highly disappointed on all service what I get from Acardent. And the most sad is communication with their Manager - who will try to fools you looking in your eyes.
Keep looking- in Turkey you can still make your smile in reasonable price and great quality.

In response to the points raised:
1. Communication Issues: We regret that you encountered poor communication, and we are taking immediate steps to address this. We will thoroughly review our communication procedures and ensure that all staff members, including management, are retrained to provide clear, transparent, and timely information at every stage of the treatment process. Your feedback on this is crucial, and we will make sure it is addressed.
2. Hotel and Amenities: We are sorry to hear that the hotel did not meet your expectations. We work with various hotels, and we will review this issue with our accommodation partners to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care and comfort during their stay.
3. Treatment Plan Change: Your treatment plan was adjusted upon your arrival because we did not receive your X-ray in advance. As explained prior to your visit, without an X-ray, the initial plan may change after the in-clinic consultation, which you acknowledged and accepted before proceeding. We always advise patients to provide X-rays beforehand to avoid such changes, but in the absence of this, adjustments are sometimes necessary for your health and safety.
4. Face-to-Face Consultation and Consent: After your consultation with the doctor, you agreed to the new treatment plan based on the clinical findings. We did not charge for the X-rays or the consultation, and you were fully informed of the changes before the procedure. It’s important to note that we cannot, and would not, proceed with treatment without your consent, and we respect your decision to continue with the plan.
5. Guarantees: Regarding the warranty for implants, it is standard dental practice worldwide that the guarantee remains valid only if the treatment is completed at the same clinic. This is to ensure continuity of care and to protect the integrity of the treatment. The guarantee for crowns in dentistry is typically up to 5 years, which is the international norm. While some clinics may offer longer warranties, these are often marketing strategies rather than standard practice. Our guarantees are designed to align with best practices in dental care and patient safety.
6. Cost of Night Guard: Regarding the cost of the night guard, we provide high-quality, custom-made guards, and the price reflects the specialized nature of the product. We are aware that cheaper alternatives are available online, but we prioritize quality and effectiveness for our patients' long-term dental health. We will review this internally to ensure pricing is as competitive as possible while maintaining the high standards we hold.
Lastly, while we are sorry to hear that you finished your treatment elsewhere, we would like to emphasize that we do not deliberately raise prices after patients arrive. Adjustments are made only based on new clinical information, and this was fully communicated to you.
We deeply regret that your experience did not reflect the high standard of care we aim to provide, and we assure you that we will take all your feedback into account as we improve our services. If you would like to discuss this further or if there is anything we can do to make things right, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. Highly recommend Arcadent 5 Stars
My experience with Arcadent has been fantastic, their communication right from the beginning has been second to none, they have organised transfers from airport, to booking the hotel, transfer's to the clinic, they are always at the end of a WhatsApp chat.
My treatment has been over 2 visits back in May was for 5 days then I came back in October for 8 days.
They are very friendly, professional and the clinic is spotlessly clean, my treatment is all on 6 top and bottom, they arranged prescriptions and hospital appointments, I had my temporary teeth fitted on the first visit with the recommendation I went back 3 months later, due to my work commitments I had to come back in October, I cannot fault this company, they have done a fantastic job of which I'm over the moon with the results, if you are thinking about getting your teeth done I would highly recommend Arcadent. 😀

Implants and crowns
On the whole the pain and suffering was worth it. I can now smile confidently. The hotel standard no frills. Beach nearby a blessing. Be prepared to pay more than the quoted amount. Still worth it when you match UK prices to Turkey prices.

Highly recommend
I came for 20 emax crowns in March this year. I was referred to Acardent by a work colleague and they couldn't recommend the service enough. As soon as i got in contact with Acardent the service provided was exceptional. First of all, once i had booked my flights, they booked my hotel for me which was hassle-free. then from the minute i arrived to the minute in left, they would always arrange the transfers for me.
the service within the dental centre was exceptional. the place is extremely clean and everyone is very welcoming. As i had a full smile makeover they ensured i was happy with everything throughout the process.
As for the teeth i had fitted - wow. they truly are amazing. my smile has been transformed and i have the confidence back to be able to smile again. an amazing job!
if you are looking for dental work, and unsure of where to go - use acardent!

im so glad i went with acardent the staff are all so welcoming qnd make feel at ease. i had 16 teeth out with 12 implants fitted.with sedation highly reccomended , then i had temporary teeth screwd on. Sirin my english speaking contact from 1st comunication was absaloutly amazing i cant thank her enough so reasuring through the whole proccess im now looking forward to returning in january to complete the treatment pete boxall

So far, soooooo good!
I'm only half way through my journey to a new set of teeth, having been out to Acardent beginning of September for the first part of my treatment plan, and due to go back to finish in February. But so far so good. It was a minefield when looking at clinics and researching who to use, but I was immediately impressed with the communication, knowledge and detail that Şirin at Acardent demonstrated when discussing my options. It was this, along with great reviews, that made me choose them. The hotel I was given was great, right on the beach front with good bars and shops a very short walk away. Transport to and from airport and appointments was always on time, clean and friendly (I think it's a Turkey thing, but air con doesn't seem to be used in any of the vehicles we used! 🥵)
All the staff I encountered at the clinic were super friendly and the place was immaculately clean and modern. Highly recommended off my first visit, will update after the finished job!!

Absolutely 5 star service
Absolutely 5 star service since we landed in Antalya. The transfers are amazing. The drivers a very polite, the hotel is very good and the dental clinic is ultra clean. Within 7 days I have the most amazing teeth and I couldn’t be happier. I had 22 crowns fitted and my wife had 18 crowns. I would definitely recommend 100%

What an amazing experience from start to finish I was looked after each concern was explained and dealt with all my questions answered. My initial nervousness and anxiety was resolved and clear explanations of the process which made me feel comfortable. The communication was fantastic I was kept up to date with every step. I strongly recommend Arcadent in Antalya Turkey I took the step and amazed at the results so pleased I made the trip and my teeth are perfect. All my friends and family have paid me so many compliments since returning to the UK. I was unhappy with my smile but now I’m showing off enjoying and feeling more confident every day.
